This graphic has been falsified

>but American sports are fairer than Europ-

7 game playoffs kill underdogs. This is a bad thing.

It isn't. Atlanta Hawks have 0, Sacramento have 0, Golden State have 3, and Lakers have 11.

Lakers have 16 and Warriors have 6, op didn't include baa titles that the nba recognizes.

>le city man

>parity

This feels like Europe goddamn
Basketball doesn't count

Non meme here. Whats up wioth Boston? Isn't their team trash?

They won 8 in a row back when there were 8 teams.
NBA titles pre-2000 unironically shouldn’t count

They had a insane run back in the 60s when there was way less teams and I don't believe they had a salary cap for the league yet. So much like Europe one or two teams dominated at the time
They are ok right now, but those kind of constant champions like in other countries isn't much of a thing anymore here as all teams rise and fall in quality due to that cap. More of a mark of a bygone era

In that case soccer doesn't count. Checkmate yanks.

>NBA titles from 1970
Los Angeles Lakers: 11
Boston Celtics: 6
Chicago Bulls: 6
San Antonio Spurs: 5
Golden State Warriors: 4
Miami Heat: 3
Detroit Pistons: 3
New York Knicks: 2
Houston Rockets: 2
Milwaukee Bucks: 1
Washington Wizards: 1
Toronto Raptors: 1
Portland Trail Blazers: 1
Oklahoma City Thunder: 1
Dallas Mavericks: 1

it's not. lakers have one less than celtics

70s and 80s also shouldn't count

Based on your flag I guess you like that everything before 2019 shouldn't count

Pistons actually low key not the worst franchise to be a fan of feelsgoodman

Why are non-Canadians so antagonizing? We don't claim to be the only winners and aren't stuck up like you are imagining. Chill breh

Pareto distribution.

bump

it blows my mind the nuggets havent won one considering how old that team is

Team identity is always about offense. Kinda like Stoke and getting stuck in

Doesn't in Hockey or Baseball.

OKC and Seattle are separate in that pic
the great bulk of their titles are from the stone age of the league, so you can safely disregard them like Uruguay's World Cups

>Hornets
>0

;_;

its the sport where an individuals skill matters the most in winning

>singles tennis

>Seattle:1
>OKC:0
Fucking based. Flyover fucks get put in their place.

ok team sport

A white guy named Larry Bird. Before basketball became apehoop & was nigged to shit.

>teams
>okc: 1
>seattle: 0

What's really really weird about this chart is it goes out of its way to separate OKC and the Sonics, but doesn't give Minnesota it's championships when they had the Lakers, or all the other relocated teams.

It's like a butthurt Sonics fan made it or something

It's a sport where one guy can literally carry the team himself.

Baseball your best hitter only gets up once in the rotation and best pitcher can only start every few games.

The best hockey player on a team is only the ice for 1/3 of the game tops, and only touches the puck for maybe 5 min total in a game.

The closest would be a quarterback in football, but even they need good receivers to catch the ball and good defense. They can't score all the points by themselves.

>logo has a basketball on it

They need to get more creative with that shit.

That’s because Hockey and Baseball involve a lot of luck.
Basketball is already one of the most skillful sports, a series is not needed to see who is the best. Should be best of 3 or 5

7 game playoffs kill everything
Why the fuck do you americans want 7 games between the same teams?
