Cool weather, a bit sun here in Bavaria, but kinda windy.
Face almost straight head win for quite a while, about 15 km/h average.

My cardiovascular system is quite weak, has always been weak.
Tried to do some half-assed intervals, with about 3-5 minutes of 32 km/h average, slowed down to about 25 km/h and repeat.
Couldn't keep up the distance with an old guy on a road race bike, and he vanished into the distance, he probably did 34 km/h average.
