I used to care a lot about my hair in my teens, but I noticed my hair was getting thin in my 20s and just shaved it off all to 0.
Didn't expect anything but I actually started more female attention this way, for what is worth.
If your skull is round, and depending on your face structure, shaving could work. And let me tell you, it's an easier life, forget about shampoo, conditioner and all that shit.
