In the current state of CONCACRAP, theres no way mexico can finish above colombia. Maybe chile or argentina, a draw, but more than likely a loss. I'd say top 10 is feasible for mexico, but would be somewhere in the last 3. Dont even get me started with usa, probably at the very end or something. Concacaf still has a long way to go to succeed consistently in conmebol.
