I know tall people who always look shorter than they are and shorter people who often appear taller. It's not just posture I reckon. I think muscle stability and the spine all factor in. I was surprised how van Dijk didn't dwarf him atleast during the finals last week. I guess with his nutrition, work ethic etc he's pushing the maximum amount out of his frame.
