How do we fix this pile of shit?
How do we fix this pile of shit?
Replace Bartomeu with anyone who understands Barcelona's philosophy.
Fire Valverde.
Replace Rakitic, Suarez, Alba, Busquets, and Sergi Roberto.
Don't forget about cringetinho senpai
bio-engineer another Messi
>Coutinho's asking price is 90M
>no offers
Who will they buy with the 59 they'll get from him?
Coutinho is probably one of the worst transfer ever and I'm being serious. Not only they paid 3 or 4 times what he's worth, but they gave the money away to the team that used it to fix their weakness and beat them
You can't. They are completely fucked now that Messi is retiring, sort of like Man Utd after Fergie went.
I remember when they were buying Coutinho and all I could think to myself was how funny it was that they thought of him as an Iniesta replacement. Coutinho is the antithesis of Barca's typical midfield style of play; this disaster could be foreseen from a mile away. How is the board really this inept?
>>Coutinho's asking price is 90M
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA
Sergi Roberto isn't a bad player. He is decent and is really versatile, he can play in a lot of positions. He is a great player to have in the bench, he could replace most players at the field.
Valverde OUT
>sack valverde
>convince rakitic and busquets to leave, maybe have a tribute for their shit over the years but they gotta dip
>bring in better midfielders, and maybe a solid right back
>invest shit tons in la masia to think long term
>lynch bartomeu
Wait until Xavi is ready to coach. There is no rush since Real Madrid looks worst.
By then messi will be too old
>Replace all the Catalan players
Kek, the absolute state of glory hunters
they were never good
>Replace the core of the team cause they lost one important game
Coutinho needs to go.
What happened to La Masia?
There's nothing to fix, they had their peak a decade ago and are now going back to their normal form.
They fell for the EPL meme. Dude only has one trick and it's to cut inside and try and curl it into the top corner. He's really not a team player at all.
Barca didn't even have a bad season, they just collapsed when it mattered to most and that comes down to the manager being spineless. With that said, they need a new ST/CF, possibly a new CB, and a new LW.
I'd say give Dumbele one more season, he's scored some important goals and he's still only 22.
They already have de Jong who is one of the best young mids in the world and if they add De Ligt then they should be fine. It's a shame no good strikers exist today.
Coutinho absolutely needs to get trashed, buying him, for over 100 million no less, was the worst transfer deal of this past decade.
>was the worst transfer deal of this past decade.
What about Nerman to PSG for 1 billion dollars
i'll never get over him leaving liverpool to win the CL
nerman needs to wear thicker boots or something so his foot can heal fully
tbf Liverpool were trash when he left. Him leaving was what made them better cause they were able to fund the purchase of an elite CB and GK
59?! 49 is waaaay too much! What are you gonna do with 39 goy?!
Barcelona only really became a super club in the 2000s. They’re back to where they should be after a golden generation. They’ll be back again eventually, there’s no quick fix to losing generational talent.
As for Messi, if he really wants to win the CL he should take a paycut so Barca can actually afford players.
They literally went to the CL final 4 months after he left, brainlet.
And why didn't they win the CL that year you dummy?
It's just hard to imagine Barca not being Barca. How do United fans feel? Do they think they'll ever be back, or is this just it?
United just need a new board. They have a huge budget but shit tier scouts and throw money at meme players.
Because Ramos killed Salah and Karius went full retard. Liverpool looked better than Real over the course of those 90 minutes honestly. Sometimes shit happens. If it were a 7 game series maybe things would have been different.
>Karius
yes and they used the Coutinho money to get a top tier goalie who made all the difference for them winning it this year, that's the whole point I was making.
Salah grabbed Ramos though and they both fell
Oh they definitely improved as a result of the Coutinho transfer, but they were far from being "trash" before the arrival of Man Mountain and Allison. That team disassembled City
Don't try me man, I watched it happen and I've seen every replay. Besides we know the kind of player Ramos is. I'm a big Real customer but my eyes work, and Ramos took him out. I'm glad Real won but I would have preferred them beating Liverpool at full strength. But I'm not sure that they would have. Liverpool up the point of Salah's injury was dominating Real.
>City in the CL
They are perennial chokers in this competition. I should have clarified what I meant by "trash" ie garbage defense, for years Liverpool got by winning games 4-3 and 5-4
>say a team is trash
>they literally go to the CL final without even spending Shitinho's transfer money
Brainlet
>I should have clarified what I meant by "trash" ie garbage defense
In that case I agree totally
So Salah didn’t grab Ramos even though he clearly did?
>going to the final is the same as winning it
This is what actual brainletism looks like. They got to the final by beating Roma 7-6 on aggregate, that's not an argument in your favor.
>One
This is the same squad who coughed up a 4-1 lead to Roma.
Ramos was just being a good Catholic
I'm not going to replay arguments I had over a year ago, thanks. It doesn't matter anyway. What happened happened.
>call a team that makes the Champion's League final trash
Brainlet, I guess then Barcelona was your mother's stinky shit from 2 nights ago
Lots of trash teams have made it to the CL final, 2012 Chelsea is a good example of an actual trash team not only making it to the final but also winning it, it's pretty clear you've not been watching football for very long and are operating on a double digit IQ given how overly emotional you're getting over something most sensible Liverpool fans will agree with and that is, Coutinho leaving the team made them much better. Stop being a moron, oh wait, that's not really upto you.
You're the reason why everyone makes fun of Amerilards with your retarded hot-takes
Chelsea were the worse team in 2012, it’s fair to say.
They were very lucky to win it.
Lucky yes, but you wouldn't call them shit after they cucked both Barcelona and Bayern back to back. No shit teams make a final
Your last 4 posts have just been ad-hominems cause you don't have the mental capacity to state your thoughts like an actual adult. I already explained what I meant when I said Liverpool were a trash team (which they were, they finished 25 points behind City that year),
Go ask for a refund from whichever schools you've been to.
Didn't read, brainlet
Xavi would make a terrible coach
>Don't worry, Frenkie. You have Barca DNA. No need to train
Cause you can't.
Great reply, how many of the 5 neurons in your brainlet brain did it take to come up with that sick burn
try to be a united fan and remember that sanches is still on the team
>Still responding after admitting he can't read 3 sentences
>Now wants to drag me down to his level cause he doesn't have the brain power to argue his point
>This moron actually trying to make the case that Chelsea 2012 were a good team cause "they made the final"
Obese American mentality to the core. Last (you) btw, it's pretty clear you're an actual moron and not even pretending to be one.
Didn't read lmao
Why would any young+good player on their sane mind go to this sunk ship?
>inb4 de jong
Too bad he fell for the muh dutch-barca connection, could've been so good at juve
That's the key, no sane player wants to go to Barcelona. That's why they had to splurge on retards like Dumbele
Poor sperg can't even read
Scam coutinho for the 90 million they're hoping for. Buy better defenders, someone who is /strongmind/ who wouldn't let the team collapse after conceding.
Stop overspending on meme players shitinho. Hopefully they learnt their lesson and Dembele can be salvaged.(he made some crucial goals in his limited appearance in the league)
Again I cannot emphasize how much they need someone like Puyol again.
Let go everyone over 30 not named Messi.
Use the money to by Mbappe and some promising 20 year olds. There are a lot of young players who'd want to play with the GOAT, even if it means taking a slightly smaller paycheque.
As for Messi, if he keeps up his freekicks like he has, and gets a really good striker he can feed who actually finishes, he might play into his 40s. I'm not kidding.
relocate to Valencia
>And why didn't they win the CL that year you dummy?
Shut it down.
great post actually
Fire Bartomeu and Valverde, hire someone who has a real project for the team.
Fire Rakitic, Pootinho, Dembele and Arthur, make Vidal part of the starting XI and buy some Ajax zoomers. Experience plus youth is the key.
>Barcelona's philosophy.
business is business, only costumers believe in the "united way" or "barca DNA" or any gimmick like that
Why is this leaf acting so weird?
Oh, by the way, Arthur injured his knee against Honduras and amputation is being considered. Expect Rakitic and Vidal to start 80 matches each next season.
You now remember the swap deal between Ibra and Eto'o plus 40M€.
>Out in 16ths round
Do you never go in vacation, T**IN?
We don't. We let them ride their commie separatists LGBTQ+ horse into the void.
>Liverpool up the point of Salah's injury was dominating Real.
that means shit, all teams go all out against Real in the early minutes of the game because in the long run any team facing Real in the CL was virtually fucked
Real being "dominated" in the first few minutes only to end up winning the game anyway for almost mystical reasons was the norm for years
How to fix fc barcelona
>sell pootinho
>sell rat king
>sell missi
>sell pikek
>fire valverde
>invest all generated money in youth
>lose every match
Bring back Laporta and Pep
This should be next season's lineup imo.
They should bring someone in who has the balls to bench Alba, Rakitic and Busquets. Also Semedo over Roberto, both of them are good but i prefer Semedo.
Hindsight is wonderful but many, including me, envisaged Couts being the Iniesta replacement. Really this just shows how good Iniesta was, Cout is still a very good player and he's got a league title now
>Barcelona's philosophy
Can't believe there are customers that actually fell for this shit
>invest shit tons in la masia to think long term
they already did that. now it looks like a Soviet wet dream
You can have a philosophy in business though. You don't think there's an 'Amazon way' or others like that?
Break up Messis group of friends. Selling Pique and Rakitic will open up space for both dejong and deligt. Pass up on signing nerman again.
nothing will change until messi leaves/retires
hes the reason suarez plays all the time
hes also the reason the team play the way they do, they are used to just giving him the ball 24/7 like robots. They dont know how to play any other way
when your best CM/ forward/goalscorer and creative player is all the same guy, youre in trouble
This, same for the Argentina NT. They'd need a manager that is stronger than Messi. Only Pep could save them.
They just need a manager who's not afraid of imposing his will on the team
what I don't understand is how barcelona managed to get knocked out of the CL in exactly the same way two years running. they had the spectre of the roma capitulation hanging over them all season, and yet the same thing happened again, arguably worse because liverpool didn't even have the away goal
liverpool bullied them hard and did play very well but you could just tell after the second goal went in that they would lose. just seems like a shocking lack of resilience and belief. all they had to do was score one goal
>Amazon way
it probably a rip off of the transatlantic trade
It's a /weakmind/ team.
I blame Alba for the loss.
He's the one that headed the ball back for the first goal and missed a sitter by passing the ball when he should have beamed the ball into the net.
Reminder Barcelona has scored only 3 away goals in the knock-out stages since their last CL win.
this
...
holy fuck, stick to your fantasy wwe threads fatso
Buy Prince Boateng
Semedo is moving to athletico.
buy me
>Retards want to get rid of Alba because one bad game and the Copa final where he played with literally 0 confidence due to the CL loss
He was porbably the best LB in the world this season if we look at the whole season. Only one better maybe Robertson.
Either way two most important things Barca need are leader who commands the backline like Puyol and a manager who isn't small team mentality like Valverde.
The second rate objectives are getting rid of and replacing Coutinho, Rakitic, Suarez and also Busquets needs a bench role.
dont get rid of Alba, but he clearly needs more rest.
This team have the classic case of being too old. They are kind of like Bayern in that all their players were top 10 at one point and they still ahve their moments of greatness but they can no longer shoulder the load of a full season anymore.
if anything they just need a quality B team. and they need to rotate. If they can do that then they will be fine. have Riqui Puig, Aleña play instead of qtinho and Rakitic. The midfield should really be Riqui Puig/Aleña, Arthur, De Jong. Get an actual ST to rotate with Suarez who has proven to still be effective if not because of injury since theres no one to give him rest. Use Malcom more and give Deembele another year.
