i dont think its going to be a linear progression like most people seem to think. i think it could end up being like the avs or stars, where they make the playoffs 1 year and then stumble again the next season.

avalanche and stars should compete next year anyway. good cores and I like where they are heading. Plus makar should be a great addition for the blueline for them

I'm really torn on how to feel on this. The Blues have worked too hard to deserve an asterisk and had to overcome the hand pass. I've been waiting my entire life to see the Blues hoist the trophy and to see a parade down 14th and Clark. My neighbor -- who I bonded with greatly because of the Blues -- passed away in December and had been a Blues fan since their inception.
