Nope Rooney was better than Ronaldo till his injury in 2009-10, arguably second only to Messi up to that point that season till he was rushed back half fit by Fergie because his next best attackers were fucking Valencia and Fletcher (and admittedly Nani)
Messi was injured and not quite at his best 2012-13, and Ribery was comfortably better than Ronaldo despite the latters stat padding that (trophyless) season. He also rather showed up Ronaldo the previous season as well when Ronaldo was playing something close to his best
Torres pre injury was at least as good as Cristiano, in a far worse team. See the 4-0 against Real or 4-1 vs Utd or 4-2, 4-4 vs Arsenal, and I remember him giving Terry a hiding somewhere around that time too, in addition to Vidic's famous humiliation. Ronaldo never even came close to single handedly dominating the best defenders in that way that season
