Ali was great but it's silly to say he "whooped Frazier 2 times". Frazier was winning the third fight. Without the doctor calling it due to the cut Frazier was 60/40 going to win the fight. Ali DID win, and the doctor probably made the right call, but it was no blow out. Only one of them touched the canvas, and it wasn't Smokin' Joe. I feel like you lack any actual understanding of Ali or that whole era of boxing in general to be making these wild claims.

Styles make fights and over all Frazier had Ali's number and just as much heart. They're both comfortably top 5 all time heavyweights.

The irony is that you clearly didn't watch the fight, because Frazier didn't lose from TKO due to a cut, no doctor or ref was involved in the decision, Futch pulled him out because Joe couldn't see out of his left eye.

Frazier clearly didn't have Ali's number, because Ali beat him twice while being past his prime. Frazier was probably the 2nd worst stylistic matchup for Ali, but that's not "having his number", that's being a difficult style matchup that Ali overcame twice.
If Frazier got sent out for the 15th round he would have just been battered for 3 more minutes without any way to see, and would have lost his eye sight permanently, with Ali winning the decision.

Futch is an amazing trainer and made the right call.
