i eat because im unstable emotionally and have no direction in life or any hope for a fulfilling future so the most base possible instincts and pleasures like binging on sugary fatty and unhealthy foods are one of the few things i can do to keep myself afloat mentally and emotionally in the hopes that somehow at some point things get better but that only causes me more harm because of what im doing to myself.

i think as a general rule, a 5 to 10 mins early or late should be somewhat ok as long as people understand that and fix the schedule in advance to fit

British people are pretty punctual compared to a lot of other countries. It's usually only 1 person in the group that ruins the plan to all meet up at a certain time.
