The non-meme answer is you can't. They spend 90% of their time playing against absolute shitters, meanwhile Premier League players play against a team that's about as good as Barcelona every week. Even if you were to spend a billion dollars on a completely new squad they would all turn to shit within a season due to the lack of real competition.

FCB have to realize that they were lucky. La Masia produced Puyol, Pique, Xavi, Iniesta, Busquets, and Messi within a relatively short time frame. They got lucky. It's the reason why Spain dominated 2008 to 2012.
