Jewsen and Fitztragic are both better than Tua
You realize Fitzpatrick is the most skilled quarterback of all time, and he’s only considered bad because he only cares about money and not winning, right?
Vikings WILL win the 2020 Owl
That's never happening. Both because DeShaun Watson is a competent QB and it's not what the Texans are missing and because Brady will retire a Patriot.
He's basically a discount Brett Favre except he's consistently on shitty teams. A turnover machine that makes risky plays and is either on fire or total shit. You can't win rings like that. Except where Brett Favre could finish drives, Fitzpatrick can't.
>either on fire or total shit
hmm, I wonder why that is?
Is there a quarterback in nfl history with a worse throwing motion than Tim Tebow?
youtube.com
Literally throws like a baseball pitcher and has one of the slowest, riskiest releases in NFL history.
Fitzpatrick is only good when your starter is unavailable. The moment he's made the starter, or you choose to start him when your starter is healthy, he turns to shit. This is undeniable
He does it on purpose, that’s how he makes money.
The freakin jets baby go jets
Phillip Rivers
Manziel or Rivers
Lamar Jackson > Mitch Trushitsky
he’s amazing but god damn to I wish he would stop trying to force his shitty nickname “president” that he gave himself down our throats
This is true. Bitch Trubisky is the best offensive player on the bears though.

Trubisky sucks dude.

Why would we trust worse Lamar Jackson
Who is the NFL equivalent of this pic
Lameme sucks worse. twink running QB's never work out.
Texans are going to win eight (8) games and there's not a single thing any one of your sh*t teams can do about it 8]
>not 9 games
Nah they're regressing back to their 8-8 ways.
We could possibly get 9 wins if this ASU guy is good. 10 if we meme the patriots. But that’s at most
Texans beating the Patriots lmao
If Fitz wins the starting job, the fins will be 3-13 this year with 2 of those being the Patriots.

I'd vote Gannon in but that also means another chiefs player gets in
Reposting this two or three times a day waiting for (You)s doesn't make your statement any more true or false. Realistically, the Vikings don't even make the playoffs until Cousins runs out his contract and they move on.

Why would he get in the HoF?

It will. They’ll win it before the raidniggers, chief.
Stoolers have only won 1 playoff game since 2015
Not if your team is still acting like little girls with all that infighting and costs Tomlin his chance, knowing the NFL the fucking browns will probably win before the steelers, and never call me chief
>the fucking browns will probably win before the steelers
Stay delusional, bucko.
they will make the playoffs. thats all.

I'm 90% sure the NFL is gonna give them a free a win for that feel good story of the year

Good? Yes
Choker? Yes
As the original billsposter I take offense at viqueers posting owl 2020 memes
you must admit that the prospect of a Bills-Vikings chokeb owl is hilarious
By your argument, the Rams made a great play when they committed blatant pass interference because they won that game. Dumb fuck.
If a QB throws the ball DIRECTLY to an opposing cornerback, that CB bobbles the ball into the air, only to have it ultimately caught by his own team, is it immune to being a bad play since it all turned out okay? No. You dumb fucking retard. Tim Tebow winning a game has nothing to do with whether his throwing form is shit or not(it is shit).
>I'd bet like half of his career interceptions were from balls that went off of his receivers fingers.
You'd be wrong. 90% of his interceptions were him trying to make hero plays into tight coverage and failing.

Lot of teams are going to look different this year, but the old guard remains pretty much the same...if Jacksonville can manage not to shit the bed early in the season and fall apart like last year, and if Foles can stay healthy, the Jags might be the most crucially reworked team coming out of the preseason.
But who fucking knows...the only thing anybody knows for certain is the fucking patriots will be in the playoffs...and the buccs are going to be playing 7 weeks on the road including an overseas trip, so Bruce might actually fucking die...
My optimistic prediction for this year is win division, beat the wildcard steelers, then lose to the Pats in NE.
I think we're in for an 8-8 year unless BEWD can summon some magic outside of philly (I doubt it, but you never know).
Homestly just hope the jags beat the clots when me and my boys go to our annual jags-colts game.

giants are not the bottom 5 like most outlets say
Yeah I'm iffy on this year unless Eli pulls a strong one out of his ass to end his career (which knowing him is possible, especially if the o-line lives up to the hype is a lot better this year).
But I'm more interested in 2020 and beyond. If Jones turns out to be at least a solid QB and Barkley continues to ball out and they add more talent in next year's draft and use the massive amount of $ they'll have by not having to pay Eli anymore after this year... yeah they might turn out solid. I'm hoping at least.
I'm a Gnats fan but I've always liked Foles. I REALLY hope he does well for the Jags and gets y'all a SB at some point. I actually think they have a good chance to advance far this year. They were clearly a team that was very uneven with a great defense but a wavering offense. Even if Foles is just decent for you guys and brings his strong leadership qualities to elevate the offense y'all could be a legit scary team next year.
It's unlikely but I still think the Giants could pull a 9-7 or 10-6 record this year given how reasonable their schedule is. Plus...
>Eagles no longer have Foles to fill in if Wentz suffers his traditional mid-season injury.
>Cowboys having to pay Dak a gorillion + Zeke maybe being suspended a few games due to the security guard altercation
>Redskins being the Redskins. Foster's torn ACL. Collins inability to shut his damn mouth about the Giants/Gettleman. Plus they still don't have a solid QB situation (and a sneaking suspicion Haskins won't be a good as projected at all)
Plus seeing what Barkley could do behind a trash o-line last year, and knowing how it's improved this year... holy shit.
Again, I'm not saying it's definitely gonna happen. If anything the Giants are building for future success more than immediate. BUT I do think it's possible.

Tebow's awful throwing mechanics were a problem. Saying it's okay because of one succesful game/pass is dumb. It's something that's incredibly difficult to fix once muscle memory has it built in. Despite Tebow acknowledging the problem and trying to fix it, he reverted to it any time he was under pressure because that's how his body has been trained to throw his entire life.
You can look at that one isolated throw and say "wow, it went right to the guy! they won the game!"...but it's completely retarded. Any quarterback, regardless of how terrible they are, can make a 20 yard pass in a clean pocket to an open receiver who has blown coverage.
The problem with thinking that a play like that is okay and Tebow can throw however he wants since he won that game is that over the long term, that throw is fucking terrible and WILL and did cost them games. It's slow. Tebow's windup to delivery takes like .70 seconds where the average QB is .45 and the elites like Brady throw in .33. You might be a retard and say "hurr, that's just fractions of a second though", but those fractions of a second are the difference between winning and losing in football. Go ahead and look up time to release for each NFL QB and you'll see there's a strong correlation between that stat and how successful a team/quarterback is that year. And the difference between those numbers is tenths and hundredths of a second. The difference between getting the ball out in 2.3 seconds and 3.0 seconds is worlds apart in results. And on top of being slow, it's incredibly vulnerable to being stripped because of both its slowness and how far away he winds up away from his body. The way he finishes his throwing motion means any contact during his motion will put his passes significantly off target. It may seem pointless to complain about in an isolated play like that, but over the long term it's fucking terrible.
There's a reason Tebow's NFL tenure was so short and why his stats are terrible.
>tfw still think about the owl sometimes
your team sucks and only got to the superbowl because of refball

>swept by the lions
they game in detriot was a crapshoot because they were better on offense and defense. they started the game off with a special teams "turnover" (didnt even touch the guy) that set the lions up with a quick 14-0 lead before the packers had the ball. then rodgers fumbled twice because still injured and didnt have the mobility to outrun the edge like he usually does. Then 6(Six(!!!)) missed kicks kept then from winning the game.
in lambeau they played kizer for 3 and 3/4th quarters. otherwise rodgers would have shredded them like he did the falcons and jets
basically the packers-lions have been the flukiest division matchup in the league for two years already
apart from that the largest improvements is adding proven players at their largest roster holes (safety and OLB), and running the damn ball to keep defenses honest. God knows why they werent using aarong fucking rodgers in bootlegs and play action instead of isolation routes and dropbacks with rookie receivers
>six
it was five, my man. although yes, if Crosby had even only missed one of the FGAs the Pack would still have won if going strictly by the scoreboard.
>kickers aren't part of the team
>special teams isn't part of the game
Why do people always COPE like this?
Was it rape?
kicker with a .85 career percentage missing 5 in one game is a one in a million event that doesnt reflect the actual competency on offense or defense or the true probability of winning. This wasnt a single missed game winner
pat mcafee claims there are all sorts of influential variables like the condition of the balls, ball pressure, and ambient pressure that does impact the kick. Those are statistical in nature, and so is the game of football
Ifs don't matter. If we assume perfect accuracy for every kicker, a lot of games would be different. Same with no fumbles or turnovers. But that's football. Saying it doesn't count or isn't indicative of your team's potential because of turnovers or missed kicks is like saying the Browns were amazing in 2018 or the Vikings are an amazing team because they would have won a bunch of games with competent kicking. It's just pointless speculation.
my point with the turnover was it didnt actually happen
it "hit" the guy but the ball didnt change trajectory and from one angle you can see a gap
And Justin Tucker is the best kicker of all time that had a 100% accuracy rate for extra points. That doesn't make the Ravens' loss to the Saints any less valid, nor does it somehow mean the Ravens were "better" and the kick was somehow a fluke.
You cannot take data of a player's overall statistics and expect them to perform at the same high level every single game or else it's a "fluke", or guys like Drew Brees would be untouchable. Averages don't pan out to guaranteed results, and there's no reason you should think they do. Having a bad game is, in fact, statistically expected.
He’s 30 years old and not married. Dead giveaway
sometimes the better team loses especially with an outlier event that doesnt happen in the vast majority of games. You can still fairly estimate which team was better despite the outcome because football is not deterministic from the players' or coaches' perspective
Poetic meme justice. How will he cope when the team wins an owl?
Being 0-4 the last two years running is not a fluke, it's a trend. The problem is you view the Packers as the "strong" team and the Lions as the "weak" team, but that's not how it works out. The Lions lately are Packers cryptonite. You can make all the excuses you want, the Lions have swept them two years in a row and in recent years Rodgers has had trouble beating the Lions.
You're going too far out of your way to handwave all of this shit away. This situation really isn't any different from the Patriots playing in Miami. Miami was an absolute dumpster team last year and, on paper, Brady should beat them 100% of the time. But for some reason he sucks in Miami and loses to the "inferior team".
The point being it doesn't matter what we see as the strong or weak teams. The only thing that matters is the results, and averages don't dictate results.
>Not wanting to lose all that money because she asks for a divorce not even a year after marrying her
Seems pretty smart?
This isnt comparable to a single missed kick. With a .99 percentage, a kicker would expect to miss one out of every 100
a kicker with .85 percentage missing 5 out of 6 has a .000387 chance of occuring, or one out of every 2584 games, over a 30 year career assuming they make 6 attempts in every single game. If they make 6 attempts in 3 games a season, they would expect one game out of an 861 year career.
If flukes exist in football (which we know random variables exist independent of coaches and players), this fulfills whatever criteria you choose
correction: he's 30 and hasn't been publicly mowing through hot gfs like the world's ending tomorrow. by age 30 Derek Jeter had already dated Mariah Carey, Jordana Brewster, Vanessa Minnillo, Bridget Hall, Lara Dutta (former Miss Universe), Joy Enriquez, and Jessica Alba. Rodgers has... dated Olivia Wilde?
>This isnt comparable to a single missed kick. With a .99 percentage, a kicker would expect to miss one out of every 100
Except leading up to that kick, Tucker had 100% accuracy over 7 years. By your logic, he should never miss a kick, and if he does miss a kick that costs the game, then the loss doesn't count, because the expectation according to averages/statistics is that he will never miss.
>a kicker with .85 percentage missing 5 out of 6 has a .000387 chance of occuring, or one out of every 2584 games, over a 30 year career assuming they make 6 attempts in every single game.
And a kicker with 100% accuracy has a 0% chance of missing an extra point at any time no matter how many games they play. Yet it happened. Trying to use statistics in this manner to excuse losses is irrelevant. It's like whining that Malcolm's Butler's interception was a "fluke" or Drew Brees breaking his arm is a "fluke" or whatever other thousands of statistical improbabilities you want to cite to try and make excuses. They happen fucking constantly.
The reality is, the players playing the game know the rules, know how to score points, know how to win, and all events that occur within the game are at the sole behest of physics, the players, and how they respond. Football isn't numbers, unexpected things happen all the time. The wins and losses are not any more or less valid by statistical probability. You could use your same logic to excuse virtually any loss in NFL history.
>Being 0-4 the last two years running is not a fluke, it's a trend.
the trend is being 3-0 against backup packers quarterbacks, and 2-0 given theyre out of the playoffs
>The problem is you view the Packers as the "strong" team and the Lions as the "weak" team, but that's not how it works out.
my personal roster and scheme analysis yields the packers being the better team, and the evidence given a (somewhat) healthy quarterback supports it
>The Lions lately are Packers cryptonite. You can make all the excuses you want, the Lions have swept them two years in a row
*packers backup QB kryptonite
my hot take is they wont play a backup QB this year
>and in recent years Rodgers has had trouble beating the Lions.
Rodgers is 2-1 in the last 3 games played against the lions. In the loss they had a 6:40 time of possesion advantage, 273 more yards, 2.3 more yards per play. Basically the packers were better on offense and defense in the loss in detroit. And it was on the road too
basically you have no arguement, youre just claiming my arguements are invalid
You're just full of endless excuses. I've made much more cogent arguments than you. Nobody cares about "should have" or "would have" or "the numbers say this if I look at them a certain way". They care about wins and losses.
It's obvious you're a Packers dicksucker because you have no objectivity and feel the need to defend literally every single little thing about them. So I think I'll just treat you like the fanboy you are.
7-9. 6-9-1. Enjoy your decline, Rodgers isn't ever getting another ring, faggot.
>says nigger

Just check the archives
what will be the Patriots' record in the season where they finish under .500 for just the second time under Belichick, when will it happen, and why will they still win the AFC East?
>Except leading up to that kick, Tucker had 100% accuracy over 7 years.
my calculation used total kick percentage, not just extra points
>And a kicker with 100% accuracy
doesnt exist, even ignoring external variables
>Trying to use statistics in this manner to excuse losses is irrelevant.
there are random events in football that can prevent the better team from winning. Don't even dispute this
>It's like whining that Malcolm's Butler's interception was a "fluke"
the cool thing about statistics is they quantify probability and make it comparable. An interception is like a million times more likely than missing 5 out of 6 kicks in a game, especially considering the redzone. Wherever you want to put the probability cutoff for a fluke definition, the crosby game is past it
>The wins and losses are not any more or less valid by statistical probability.
The loss is forever on their permanent record and helped keep them out of the playoffs. I'm not invalidating a loss, I'm saying it isnt good evidence for the continuation of a trend, using the details of the loss to estimate future win probability, which is entirely validated by probabilistic events.
>You could use your same logic to excuse virtually any loss in NFL history.
probability is comparable, and there is an acceptable range for outlier events
maybe you shouldnt flaunt your casual ignorance if you dont want to be called out
nigger is not the only racial slur he uses.
even still, excusing statistics entirely because they arent perfect is the most brainlet response to any kind of quantifiable analysis. They are just estimations but they are much more powerful than brainlets give it credit for
Maybe Rodgers just isnt interested.
packers have had a higher record for 11 of the last 12 years, what do you think about that trend?

ik, ik dude, making/missing a scoring opportunity can change coaching strategy, execution by the offense/defense might be different etc. I just saying that in a vacuum if Crosby went 4/5 instead of 1/5 in that game his team would have won
Barkley is the only offensive weapon on the gnats.
>Next
Bill's owl 2020
>my calculation used total kick percentage, not just extra points
No, it didn't. Because Justin Tucker's total kick % is 95%, not 99%. You used a lower number because the argument absolutely destroyed yours, because it proves how stupid your logic is. Tucker had 100% accuracy on extra points. By your logic, he should never miss an extra point. He did. Argument over. Past statistics and probability don't matter to the results of the game or excuse losses. Crosby missed the kicks, and Green Bay lost to the Lions. End of story.
>doesnt exist
It did exist. Tucker's extra point accuracy was perfect until he missed versus the Saints. According to your logic, that game doesn't count, because Tucker should never miss an extra point according to his accuracy stats.
>there are random events in football that can prevent the better team from winning. Don't even dispute this
Oh, so you're just fucking retarded. Got it. The entire job of football players is to deal with that "randomness" and win. If they can't, they're losers. Outside of external factors like referees, this excuse holds no water. Players are responsible for their own physical play, and teams are responsible for their losses. You lose, faggot.
>I'm not invalidating a loss
You absolutely are. You are using past statistical data to make definitive statements about what team "should" win, and considering any result contrary to that a fluke by analyzing and citing underperforming players. Which you could do for any team that loses a game it is favored to win by seeing which players did not perform up to statistical snuff. It is completely irrelevant. The Crosby "outlier" you're citing happens far more commonly among NFL players than you think it does.

>I just saying that in a vacuum if Crosby went 4/5 instead of 1/5 in that game his team would have won
And I'm saying this is an utterly pointless thing to say. If my dick were 16 inches, my life would be different. If if if if if. If's don't matter. Crosby is on the Packers. He failed to kick those field goals. It happened. They lost. End of story. It doesn't matter if you run a simulation and the Packers would have won that game 95/100 times. They lost it. The same way Hillary Clinton lost the election. The same way Brady continues to lose in Maimi despite being a consistent 2:1 to 4:1 favorite to win there. The same way the Miami Miracle happened as an "outlier". The same way a hundred other outliers happened during the 2018 season.
None of it matters or means anything. "If" doesn't fucking matter.

??? 95% would expect one out of 20, even greater difference than one out of 2458
>Tucker had 100% accuracy on extra points. By your logic, he should never miss an extra point.
he had 100% SAMPLED probability, its an ESTIMATION. While the estimation is not perfect, its close enough because of the significant sample size. We know the true probability is not 1.0, but its very very close. Therefore a single miss shouldnt be surprising
>According to your logic, that game doesn't count, because Tucker should never miss an extra point
my logic is there is such a significant difference between missing one kick and 5 kicks that they arent comparable events. I already claimed no player has a 1.0 probability of kicking, apparently I need tell you what the difference between and estimated and pure parameter is. The probability is QUANTIFIED and thus COMPARABLE. You cant just dismiss one by making a false comparison
>Outside of external factors like referees
I also claimed the lions were given a free redzone possession at the beginning of the game because of refs
>The Crosby "outlier" you're citing happens far more commonly among NFL players than you think it does.
probability is COMPARABLE
I'm not invalidating wins or losses. I'm saying I'm using probability and statistics to PREDICT the matchups between the lions and packers in the 2019 season. You seem content on using head to head record to predict it completely ignoring the details of the games. Im disputing using head to head record exclusively because it is variable and further analysis is more accurate.
Apparently the irony escapes you of sticking to your vastly simplified statistic to predict something when we KNOW it is just an estimation, but all these other estimated statistics dont count. At least you try to fix your cognitive dissonance by handwaving away the variability of wins and say theyre somehow deterministic
>me and brady's sixth knee ring samefagging again

>all these seething
what are you arguing about?
if the packers would win 95/100 times then dont you think their is a great chance theyre going to win the next two? You cant just point to the two wins this year, invalidate the details of the games, and just announce the trend will continue because wins are deterministic
The packers lost, Im over it, but I predict theh wont get swept again because they are a better team with rodgers on the field than the lions
Have the Patriots ever had a non retarded tripfriend? Even the Turk is a servicable poster despite his racial handicap.
>i filtered bradycuck guyz even though I wont stop obsessing
old gay still obsessed. stop it's just sad
I'm watching Strong Opinion Sports' new vid on Manziel in retrospect, and how his skillset and hype in college didn't translate at all to the pro level. Good vid overall.
This is probably a stupid question, BUT:
Has there ever been a quarterback who was definitively below-average in college, that turned out to be a great pro-level quarterback?
Great in this case being on the level of, say, Carson Palmer or Steve McNair: considered one of the best in the league during their peak but quite not a guy you'd put in the all-time top 25 QBs; not a journeyman who accumulated value and reputation as a reliable stopgap like Fitzmagic or Testaverde; and also not guys like Brady who got slept on big-time in college while still being good.
>I'm not invalidating wins or losses. I'm saying I'm using probability and statistics to PREDICT the matchups between the lions and packers in the 2019 season
Which is utterly fucking pointless. Might as well just cite 538 and call it a day. You'll be wrong 33% of the time practically by default because you're not making reads, just citing raw probability. This approach isn't an actual intelligent analytical approach to predicting the outcomes of games, because as said, by your logic, you would have lost money on Brady in Miami the last 5 or so years. But people that actually pay attention to those trends and specific matchups and games have a better handle on them. Citing raw statistics like kicker field goal % to try and say whether a game counts or not is fucking stupid to begin with, and retroactively citing those kind of statistics of underperforming players to excuse the loss and say it isn't a trend or predictive is just bullshit handwaving nonsense. The Packers have lost to the Lions the last 4 times they've played them, and all you have is a mountain of excuses.
Your basic bitch opinion of citing favored teams to always win games is just tiresome nothing. I recognize your faggy Packers posts and you aren't some statistical wizard, you're just a basic Packers dicksucker that has 100 excuses for why they sucked shit in 2018 and why they'll be amazing in 2019.
Just remember these threads you retarded faggot, because I will be rubbing the Lions sweeping the Packers in your retarded face while you continue to make excuses for why it doesn't count and the Packers "should have done better" since they're "clearly the better team".
>Patriots got another suspended player at the start of the season
Looks like they're winning another Superbowl.
Here, as my last (You), I'm going to show you every time a fucking favored "strong" team lost to a weak bitch team in 2018. Because you seem to think it's this amazingly rare event for a player to underperform badly, and it fucking isn't. It happens every fucking week. Roethlisberger went from a perfect passer rating against the Panthers and utterly destroyed them one week to having a 0 passer rating for an entire half against the god damn Jaguars. Player performance is not as stable as you think it is, nor is team performance/outcome. Get fucked, faggot. No more (You)'s.

>conversation/debate is autism

7 rings soon
Thats embarassing
And that's the problem. You're biased. No matter how many times the Packers lose to the Lions, you'll automatically assume the Packers will win their next game against them because they're "better" in your head. The same way stubborn Patriots fans will continue to insist that this year, Brady will win in Miami. They're right sometimes, but they're usually not.
That's my point. I wasn't saying the Packers will actually win 95/100 times,I don't believe that for a second. I also, as said, don't care about "if".
>you're not making reads, just citing raw probability. This approach isn't an actual intelligent analytical approach to predicting the outcomes of games
are you fucking dumb? I went into detail all the reasons why the packers lost despite being better (in my opinion) in detroit. I am NOT exclusively citing raw probability, Im doing the OPPOSITE. I fucking cited box score statistics showing the packers were much more effective at moving the ball, but you completely ignored them. I have never invalidated the whole game because of kicking woes, only ever claimed it was part of the problem. I also provided analytic approach of why I think the packers will make schematic improvements. You ignored those too.
>people that actually pay attention to those trends and specific matchups and games have a better handle on them
yet here you are claiming the 4-0 trend what matters and completely disregarding all of my ACTUAL analysis of the games. I'm looking at WHY trends exist, not just expecting them to continue to exist. Do you think missing 5 kicks is a trend that will continue? Are you content disregarding the things that arent trends and strawmanning me into disregarding hypothetical analytical approach that you never provided?
>The Packers have lost to the Lions the last 4 times they've played them, and all you have is a mountain of excuses.
this is just a trend you have built all your arguements out of without any "intelligent analytical approach", going so far to completely disregard all of my analysis
again, I'm not invalidating any losses. I'm saying missing 5 of 6 kicks in NOT a trend that will continue, nor is it a common event. Kickers are not QBs and are empirically much less variable. You just seem confused and angry with a very short memory
>Thats embarassing
what's more EMBARRASSING is cheering for a team whose HC who is more famous for manufacturing a fake scandal to discredit a team who beat his in the ploffs on the way to a Super Bowl victory than actually winning a Super Bowl, and using his image in a positive way unironically

I fucking cited box score statistics showing the packers were much more effective at moving the ball, but you completely ignored them.
What you did was cite specifics that support your argument(efficiency per possession) and handwave away every other incidence of the Lions outperforming the Packers on special teams. As someone already pointed out forever ago, special teams, kickers, etc are part of the team. The Lions special teams rekt the Packers, and it's the reason you lost. They were fucking crushing Rodgers at home too before he pretended to get hurt to avoid embarrassment. But I'm guessing that game doesn't count either because they already missed the playoffs. Excuses excuses excuses. Anything that doesn't fit your cheesehead faggot headcanon doesn't count.
>I also provided analytic approach of why I think the packers will make schematic improvements. You ignored those too.
I'm ignoring them because they're pure blind optimism. There's nothing to say. You just say "I think every recruited player is going to work out great, the head coach is going to work out great, running game will be amazing, Aaron Rodgers will do great, everything will go great". There's nothing to say to that. It's an unsubstantiated opinion.
My only response is "No, it isn't. The Packers just came off a fucking terrible season and most of the things you're saying will be awesome are. in reality, question marks that you're just assuming will work".There's no analysis, just "it's all great". Me, I saw a weak Packers team completely rudderless in 2018, and the changes I see to the roster don't instill any faith in me that they'll do way better in 2019. I see them missing the playoffs and maybe improving by two wins.
Okay, I promise my autism is over now. You can have the last word.

If you don't see the writing on the wall you're the dumbest motherfucker that ever lived on Kent Island.
Yeah but I'm asking about his overall output compared to Flacco. I'm not a Ravens fan so I don't pay attention to that shit. Did the overall offense go up with Lamar or not? Because going 6-2 compared to Flacco's 4-5 doesn't mean much if the defense did more work for Lamar or the offense output didn't increase. Not sure if either of those are true.
Yes and no. They didnt score as much but they had extended drives every possession and won the time of possession for very large margins.
>500
kek, every fuckin time
>Lions special teams rekt the Packers, and it's the reason you lost
what are you talking about? In detroit, the lions punt blocker pushed kevin king into the ball, but the ball didnt actually hit him. Other than that, the lions didnt do anything special on special teams in that game. The lions could barely move the ball, and the packers marched up and down the field. There was no big returns or blocked kicks that made a difference. In other games it didnt matter much either because shutting down the backup QBs isnt much of an achievement. Is this the best arguement youve got?
>I'm ignoring them because they're pure blind optimism. It's an unsubstantiated opinion.
If you have disputes with any of my analysis, I rather you reference them directly instead of disregarding them altogether. I have plenty of stats and comparisons why I think the changes will be improvements, or why some things they are already good it will remain. My arguements are the opposite of blind optimisim (even if they are optimistic). I will list all the susbtance and evidence if you ask
>The Packers just came off a fucking terrible season and I saw a weak Packers team completely rudderless in 2018, and the changes I see to the roster don't instill any faith in me that they'll do way better in 2019
I dont think they werent a team without promise though. They kept the rams, patriots, bears, seahawks all tied until late in the game (on the road too), and I can reference the biggest issues I feel kept them from winning the games. The reality is they played a lot of very close games against good teams and lost the majority of them. One of each of the vikings and lions matchups were close too. It isnt like the got trashed all season.
After all I predict a 9 or 10 win season, thats only 2 to 3 win improvement anyway (they should have been 7-9 anyway)
