I'm concerned how the team dynamics are going to change when players return. What are they gonna do with Stanton, Urshela, and Frazier. If they do go far this season it would actually be because of Boone's management. There's only so much the analysts can do.

Judge is a pretty smart ballplayer though so he might adjust his approach knowing he's not at 100%

isn't Maybin playing much better than he has historically? he might get cold eventually. and Gardy I've always liked because he makes pitches work, I feel like he averages like 8 pitch at bats.
As for Keuchel I'm concerned about what all the offtime will do to his pitching. historically pitchers who don't sign until after spring training regress a lot.

Maybin seems pretty clutch so far and Gardner does seem like he has adjusted how he plays. He's still fast and can steal so it was definitely a good signing. There's a reason Keuchel isn't with a team and it's not just about money. Maybe he's just a shitty teammate who nobody wants to be around.

yeah I'm not a big proponent of picking up Keuchel. I'm hoping Cashman sees the heavy potential downsides.
