The NBA rules are so inconsistent. If you've watched any game in the past 5 years you'll notice there is a whining meta game where every player will throw a tantrum and whine and plead and beg like a bitch after every single call or no call. The coaches do it too.

It used to be just Rasheed Wallace and a few other players who whined all game long. Now it's literally every single player in the court jockeying the ref's nutsacks for more calls. Even le honorable players like Curry and Giannis do it.
