Personally I rate Rice and think he has to technically ability to play the 'Busquests' role, doesn't have the passing range but they may come with time and playing with better players. If i was United i would have kept Herrera for another year and had him in a midfield 3 with rice and Mctomminay and use Fred and Matic as squad players.
