Every single time a high profile young black player is about to move clubs or is left out of the team we always hear "there are questions about his attitude" "there are questions about his personality", "great player but shit attitude"

No they don't. Once every few years a white player will be described as being a "bad apple" and causing problems for his managers. There is at least 1 black player on every PL team that is described as being a "difficult character" or having an attitude problem.
