Why do so many of the black players today have attitude problems and problems with their managers?
Every single time a high profile young black player is about to move clubs or is left out of the team we always hear "there are questions about his attitude" "there are questions about his personality", "great player but shit attitude"

No they don't. Once every few years a white player will be described as being a "bad apple" and causing problems for his managers. There is at least 1 black player on every PL team that is described as being a "difficult character" or having an attitude problem.
Should non-whites be burned in furnaces to heat up white people? Think about all of those carbon atoms locked up in their bodies that could be better used
