What is this team?

Whalers, a hockey team.

>Breakfast? Breakfast, shmreakfast. Look at the score, for Christ's sake. It's only the second period and I'm up 12 to 2. Breakfasts come and go, Rene, but Hartford, "the Whale," they only beat Vancouver once, maybe twice in a lifetime.

>live in america
>billionaire owner of my team leaves the town because the city didn't built him a stadium

American """""sports"""""

No one likes it, but I understand that the reason sports teams primarily exists is to make the owners money. So I understand why they do it in most situations. It's your problem if you hate capitalism so much.

>but I understand that the reason sports teams primarily exists is to make the owners money

Imagine being such a brainwashed low IQ mutt

Too soon ;_;

a true capitalist wouldn't get involved in sports because you can earn more money by owning a restaurant chain. sports are commissioned by the government to keep the people in check, to give them something to worry about and distract them from how badly their governments are fucking them.

Honestly, there are only a few teams that have actually moved. I think something like 75% of the NFL teams that have moved were the same 2 teams and owners.

That move just looks like an insult, from Minnesota to Texas, yikes.

Gayest Midwest state moved to gayest southern state. It’s fitting.

Do you really think soccer teams are any different? Why else would they have "Rakuten," "Qatar Airlines," and "Visit Rwanda" across their jerseys?

>because you can earn more money by owning a restaurant chain
Is that always the case though? Because there are always competing chains, but if you establish a team in or move a team to a market without a team in that sport then you wouldn't have much competition in that field (sport teams can still fail though).

arsenal is authentic team naming their stadium/jerseys after an arab jetliner

>150 years old
>still functioning in Cincinnati
