The politically correct solution would be to create a 'Hi-Test Womens Division'.

You're not denying trannies are women (keeps them happy), bio women aren't excluded (they just need to have high testosterone levels) so it's not discriminating based on sexual identity and you're preserving the womens leagues for biological women who fall under the required testosterone levels.
