How do I get back into FM?
Jack Gray
What striker role should I use in a 4231 with an attacking mid on support? Poacher or adv forward? Or change it to dlf(s) and an attacking mid on (a)? I feel like this would leave me light in the midul
Lucas Anderson
CF
Caleb Lopez
I play in lower leagues, complete forwards are R A R E
Xavier Gutierrez
I'd use either an AF or a DLF(A) depending on the attributes of your striker. If he's pacy and can chase balls over the top and into channels, go AF. If you find midfielders are scoring most of your goals and want the striker to contribute to those a bit more, use DLF(A). That will keep him involved with the passing without removing too much of his own goal scoring potential.
Isaac Jackson
Doesn't matter as long as their stats for CF are fine
Gabriel Cook
don't underestimate PF(a) if it's a lone striker in a low-tier team I like W(a)s in 19 so I'd probably put the amc on support, but I guess it depends what those players are good at
Juan Cook
>the best player in your youth intake has a potential of 2.5 stars
Tried it. Didn't work. It was working last night, but I updated my Drivers because shit was crashing. So wondering if that is that. Tried everything SI has said will fix it. But it won't. Sigh. Will try validating files, taking the failed save.
Henry Cook
Okay, I validated and I could save when I re-entered. But I shall have to do this game and then do it again.
i am get with the times grandpa webms allow higher resolution with lower filesize at the same time
Adrian Ward
I mean these gifs predate webms being allowed and nobody has the match or original video capture saved to reporoduce the webm so all that could be done would be reencoding the gif to a webm which, outside of saving a small handful of megabytes, will serve no purpose
how is posting the same webm from 8 years ago that youve posted a thousand times fun
Easton Morris
I can guarantee you I've posted those gifs less than half a dozen times. Sometimes its just fun to have a look at some older stuff and repost it to have a laugh at how the match engine has always been bad. Just watch it and enjoy or don't watch it, don't take internet so seriously man.
How do I into 4-2-3-1. I have WB's on support, two CD on defend, a BWM (support) and a DLP (support). In attacking midfield I have a left wing AP (attack) and ring wing IF (support). Up front I have an AF. Worst performing players are the BWM and DLP. I'm trying to play a possession based tactic. All players are suited to their roles
I've been seeing more of this shit recently. Especially in low tier.
William Martinez
the spin move? me too, but this was prem league
Dylan Watson
Here is my possession based 4-2-3-1 I sometimes use asymmetrical AMs with one inside forward and two AMCs also you can use a DLP(d) with a BBM or BWM as CMs instead if you prefer
Imagine wanting to get rid of away goals counting double. I think they should improve away goals to counting 3 to 5 times as much as home goals instead
Jacob Taylor
I still kinda wish they get rid of it in extra time though 2bf.
Camden Martin
I'm okay with scrapping away goal advantage in extra time, but for compensation away penalties should count double
Kevin Flores
This whole game would be moot if Ousmane Dembele had buried that chance to make it 4-0
Mason Miller
His whole CA was sunk into his two-footedness. What did you expect?
Landon Lewis

They just twatted Barcelona, who were rested, 4-0. Ajax are fucking nothing. They need to get past Spuds first. Either Liverpool or Spurs winning would be unbearable. But Ajax would be amazing. As usual, Barcelona fuck it up.

the artist formerly known as, yes. there was some sort of conflict with the romanian army or something and they had to change their name, I'm not pretending to understand
Adam Collins
Weird.
Ethan Torres
just realized, isnt ajax basically cheating?
1-4-3-3 vs 4-2-3-1, ajax plays with one more player than tottenham, no? how is this aloud?
If you ehh, play the 1-4-2-3-1.. You have no natural triagles in front of de defence he? So you can put one of the 2's one linie omhoog then you have de natural triangles and then you have 1-4-3-3.
Connor Watson
Yeah, but two banks of four when defending with the two strikers pressing the opposition's CB really reduces space. That's easier to defend 2bh.
Yes but thats why in de build up phase we drop in de 6 he? So we have de man more situation and then we can build up easier!
John Wilson
He's right you know
Jace Allen
But then you also need to drop the 10, otherwise your lone 8 losing the ball can have rather catastrophic results with your 6 dicking around out of position. That, or just play a big man up front who can hold the ball. Seems hoofball is a bigger brain move than anticipated.
Yes but that is already implied in the 3 in the 1-4-3-3 he? Because we always playing in relation to each other he in positioning.
Isaiah Davis
But it's no longer two banks of four.
Christian Clark
yes but de ingezakte 6 always goes back into de midfield position he when he is past de 1st phase of build up he? So den you have the 4 at the back again.
Gavin Scott
The transitions are more dangerous since there's always one player alone when you're supposed to have two banks of four.
Nathaniel Rivera
One possible solution both midfielders move back and create a box with their CBs. the FBs move up, and the wingers move in. Although I'll admit boxes are a bit less sexy than triangles and diamonds...
I'm at the stage of FM where I have an annual subscription to the league title but I get exposed in the CL when it counts (lost the final against PSG 2 years ago, dad dicked by Real in the semi last year) so I'm in the phase where I'm just waiting for my wonderkids to develop into world beaters and fuck around for 2 years.
Name a fun meme formation thar I'll try to make work next year. Caveats: has to be fun/interesting, and something that makes me think "this might actually work"
I have ample striker talent, AMC talent and winter talent. Maybe something like a 343 with wingmids and amr/aml?
Levi Garcia
Where did it all go so wrong after 2041/42?
1-4-3-3
Sebastian Campbell
I should add that i dont have talented fullbacks, the ones i have are all great athletes who don't know how to play football. Good LB regens dont exist in the database. Which sucks cause I've always preferred formations with wingbacks
I'm also still playing fm18
Ryan Collins
>the ones i have are all great athletes who don't know how to play football Retrain a DM, CM or >wenger.
Jacob Fisher
>Where did it all go so wrong after 2041/42? I was never good enough to be a champion or consistent because we played like 2013/14 Liverpool and we scored a lot but also conceded shitloads. My tactics are erratic shit, I just got lucky that year because everyone else was so shit, I won with only 80 points lmao. And even in the following two seasons I lost out only by 1 and 3 points. Previous season I tried playing more conservative and we won the CL and this year we have a chance of a semi (along with FA cup final). Also my transfers are shit, I keep overhauling the squad but now I try to be more conservative and develop young players.
looking in your eyes i never realised just how happy you make me oh tielemans you came and you gave without taking but i sent you away oh tielemans you scored for me and stopped me from losing and i need you today oh tielemans

I got the easiest world cup qualifying group ever and somehow I'm choking. I lost against Ukraine 2-1, conceding 2 after 85 minutes, then somehow drew 2-2 against Latvia. My strikers are horribly out of form, my favourite player retired, and all my full backs keep breaking their legs. Fortunately Armenia were here to cheer me up. If I lose against Ukraine, I will kill myself.
i understand that theyre actually completely irrelevant but that one was one of the larger ones and at the time they wanted to farm on it to support the 'city'
Great because I'm only signing Frenchies because I have no money >Rape Try liking the clown show that is the Revolution. 4-0 to fucking Shitcago, why can't they be like other Boston area teams and be fucking good

>go undefeated for first 15 games of the season >go winless for the next 8, even losing 2-0 to bottom of the table I don't get it, does the game intentionally fuck you over or does the opposition figure out your tactics
Evan Lopez
Figures you out. If you play a counter-attacking style, the AI will begin to sit deeper, if you play possession, the AI will begin to press you harder. Maximize your options; have all 3 tictac slots fully prepared. Have one with 3CBs if you usually play 2, have one possession based with more (s) players, have one counter-attacking for away games, have players that can fill multiple roles on the pitch (i.e. having that one CM that can also play CB) to prevent having to commit to one strategy per match, and finally, stop using wingers.
Daniel Morgan
cheers, will vary tactics a bit
Jayden Hughes
>winning by 3 goals at 90 mins >they score at 90+2 >again at 90+4 >game ends at 90+8
Fergie time was literally one giant fucking highlight and I'm fucking livid that they were even able to score 2 goals. Especially when I parked the bus after the first goal yet still had every fucker up for a corner.
Charles Smith
Park the bus is as much of a trap as overload in my experience. When I need to defend a lead I just drop the back line deeper and tty to protect my full backs.
Xavier Ross
>losing by a goal >some players look disinterested >show some passion >looked furious
Do u guys remember me boasting about how I have a subscription to the league title?
I choked it so bad this year that Bayern clinched the title with 5 days to go. Kill me.
At least I'm in the CL final against Atletico, easy win imo
Owen Gonzalez
I have to air my grievances though. FM is such a garbage, trash tier game. Tactics and especially player ability don't fucking matter compared to morale. If your morale is very good or better, your players will do exceptionally well, make shots into tight windows, get lucky on both ends of the pitch, etc. But if you lose two games because of bad luck and morale plummets to average, you are fucked. You'll get 34 shots, 25 on target, 10 CCCs at home and still lose 0-2 against a trash Freiburg side who score from two long range shots. All my players just skied every shot or hit 'em straight at the GK, regardless of how good they are. Meanwhile, happy players can score reliably and consistently with 10 finishing and 12 composure. Fucking stupid game
Luis Harris
My slip in the table started when I got annihilated by Leipzig, 0-3 at home, after my GK got injured in minute 3 or so. Like any self respecting tribbler, I didnt have a GK ondabench. That fucking shit lost me the whole season, that shit killed morale badly. L
Hudson Bell
>entire defense fuck up >tell everyone to concentrate >defense are furious, everyone else doesn't give a fuck

Brayden Turner
for me, its a DLP(s) and a BBM(s) or a CM(s).
Isaiah Perez
APa on the wings is a bit garbage (at least until FM18, don't own FM19), because APa are hesitant to enter the box and finish because their settings make them prioritize dropping a bit deeper so that teammates can always find them for the past. They're looking to make assists. But in most formations, you want your wingers to be one of your 3 main attackers. Hence, use wingers, raumdeuters or IF.
AFa IFa - AMs - IFa DLPd - CMs WBs - CD - CD - WBs
you can also use WBa, but I'm not a huge fan of that in formations that dont have DMs.
Protip: The entire attacking midfield line is fucking garbage in FM, dont fucking use that shit. Wingers are better as ML/MR, attacking midfielders are better as central midfielders, etc.
Joshua Butler
Yeah, the opposition essentially starts treating you more cautiously and paying more attention to you, focusing more on specific tactics vs your team, which is frustratingly difficult to respond to, at least for me
Lincoln Adams
AML/R are amazing in 19. inverted-foot W(a)s will: >run down the line and cross >cut inside and finish, both with the ball and to get on the end of a cross >pass (mostly) intelligently >do defensive work
Robert Peterson
>do defensive work so Tungsten really wasn't lying to me, huh? Up until FM18, AML/AMR really are normal wingers who think theyre strikers, they get marked out of the game all the time and don't defend. So frustrating
Luke Campbell
yeah, I know what you mean. I used to dismiss the position immediately. now I can't live without it. my current setup has a holdup-merchant at centre forward (usually PF) and two wingers doing all of the attacking, but they still do a reasonable job of covering their fullback. this guy's attributes would have made me terminate his contract on sight in old versions, but here he's one of my most effective players
Most successful tactic I've used this year was a 4-2-3-1 using a PF(s) and AMR/AML on attack. Scored so much through the wing play, but had good threats from my AMC and forward as well. Pretty good shit. Just got a bit boring for me to play 4-2-3-1 lads. It's all so tiresome.
Nicholas Lee
the fuck is a PF?
Cooper Lewis
fucking oldfag that doesnt even know what roles are anymore because hes stuck in his fm12 fantasy SAD
Tyler Rogers
Every FM since 15 has been a disappointment, why would I buy FM19 when every game is a rehash of the older ones? I wasnt aware that they actually improved the ME this time
Gabriel Reyes
Decent draw for our first CL campaign. Barca will be tough but the rest should be straightforward
I am willing to pay 200m for one fucking world class left back or a talent who might become world class in the future but they don't fucking exist or are 30+. Literally not a single good LB in the entire database. what the fuck
Dylan Kelly
I'm literally checking every 15 year old youth player at the most obscure clubs for an LB, they dont exist. how long does it take to retrain a winger from 0 ability at WB to at least 15 or so? assuming they are versatile?
Eli Wood
>Get promoted out of Nat3 >Immediately gain pro status Is this the power of the French?
Bastia was still pro until August 17 but I don't know if the game takes it into account

Owen Bennett
calm down is for players who got carded. anxious players you'd want to praise to give them a confidence boost
Ian Wood
I love how proud I get with my teams. It's a wonderful game sometimes
Ian Lopez
Oh right cheers my man
Carson Reed
Yeah, especially for those couple of regens that you got from your own youth intake. I have suuuch a hard time moving on from outclassed academy players and I'll try to keep them on as the 25th man in my squad for as long as I can
Lincoln Foster
>that filename
Hunter Thomas
I just play left wingers at left back and make them love me
Jaxson Thompson
I'd do that if there was a single left-footed winger talent out there that has at least SOME knowledge of playing the wingback position. they dont. im not gonna try and retrain a youth player for 5 years just to get them to competent at WL
Landon Butler
formerly known as defensive forward
"actually improved" would be overstating it. like most versions it's different but only fractionally better than its predecessor
Dominic Ortiz
Like if you had them in the lower leagues and don't have the heart to get rid of them.
Asher Jones
Is it possible to dominate with actual fast paced football in FM? Every time I try to play high rythm quite direct football while being a big team, it fails miserably and I get countered hard.
Chase Mitchell
I gave this guy lots of starts in the fucking CL because he was with me in the 3rd division.
If he played okay then no harm done. Guess he deserves it if he was helping you get to where you are
Sebastian Myers
Yeah, I kept him on as my 5th CB forever until I had to make space for a regen that was too old to play in my U19s and looked promising. Felt so bad though, he was always good for me, never made mistakes, always performed decently etc.
The CBs that I have right now are young and talented and have much better attributes but man do they suck.
Charles White
I kept playing this guy in the CL for essentially the same reason. he did OK
He honestly doesn't even look that bad. My """""world class""""" fullbacks are about that good technically and mentally, they just have 18 in most physical attributes.
Ethan Brooks
Actually from looking at him I maybe would have kept him around and used him as mentor in training possibly?
Brandon Butler
I usually don't need tutors because I only ever buy top notch regens that have good personality and det, so often times tutoring my players does more harm then good. I only need a handful of good mentors for my own youth intake regens, and I usually have enough in my squad already
Luke Hernandez
Fair enough, I'm doing semi pro stuff right now so trials and looking trough the bins for youngsters is my situation
Noah Barnes
I'm also cheating because I edited the database to put my club in the 3rd division (they'd otherwise be 5th div and unplayable in FM unless they miraculously promote twice) and gave them an unreasonable level of youth recruitment because I play FM only to have regens that I can emotionally bond with, so I have the privilege of getting a decent amount of good youngsters with good personalities so I dont need to worry about mentoring
Caleb Lewis
Who the fuck does this faggot agent think he/his player is? Just some speculative transfer because my scout thinks he'll develop nicely, even though he's quite underdeveloped for his age, and he thinks he has leverage in this negotiation?
Should I drop his ass like a hot potato? Or do you think that a teenager shouldnt be held accountable for his agent's actions
yeah, crossing in particular is something so rare to find in regen fullbacks. I don't get it, a 2 second look at real football should tell SI that fullbacks aren't just short CBs anymore
Alexander Diaz
ALL fullback regens, without exception, are athletes. They're worse at football than my lazy ass with a bum knee. I challenge anyone to show me a "complete" fullback regen with any sort of technical ability (crossing, passing, technique, first touch)
Blake Davis
It's the best way to play fm when you build something like that. What's really fun about taking over a massive team who already expect the dominate. I'm Hemel Hempstead and they're my nearest team in this game and we can get Watford academy players released every summer so that's nice
David Rodriguez
What's the point of a CMs? It doesn't defend, doesn't attack, isn't creative. It's just there.
Tyler Wright
to control the space init
Christopher Russell
are you serious? CMs is one of the best roles out there.
Ian Diaz
PS: Whether a player is creative or not isnt dependent on his role, it depends purely on his actual ability.
CMs doesnt limit the player in stupid ways like most roles do. Its often a better idea to let the player choose what the best action is for a given situation than have him be constrained by his role.
Thomas Martinez
Always a defensive liability for me, and they never add more than CMd offensively for some reason.
Ethan Martin
That depends largely on the formation you use them in and the mentality that they end up having (depends on your overall approach to the game, like whether youre on counter or control etc). CMs is a solid as fuck role.
Fucking hate your midfield roles. Your central midfielders have enough men behind them to be more attacking, and your formation begs for more support in attack. Use two mezzalas on attack duty. I'd set my wingers to defensive winger on support duty, by the way. set the midfielder to DLPd at least, for the love of god.
Ryder Brown
how does having a stopper with a DM in front of him work out? never tried it
Evan Phillips
What's wrong with BBM+RM? It's my most used combo Pretty good. We had the best defense in the league by a mile, even with selling half my defenders in the window and users youngsters instead.
Joseph Long
What is the best formation for Djibouti shitters? All of the players are absolute shit, probably similar to 9th tier England
Jace Johnson
at that level I don't think it makes sense to implement some kind of philosophy top-down, you need to figure out what your best players are good at and where your weaknesses are, then work backwards
Brody Gray
This is just my opinion by the way, based on my few years of experience.
BBM: Will enter the enemy third, but only very late and after the ball already made it there. It's basically the player role version of the "enters the opposition late". So he will *support* your attack, but he won't position himself as a passing option to facilitate/initiate attack. He'll generally try not to be ahead of the ball. The problem is that your formation only has two strikers (who will be pretty isolated on their own) and nobody to support them. You need a couple more adventurous midfielders that are willing to attack open spaces and offer passing lanes for your midfield so thta you can actually bing the ball forward when youre not counter attacking. BBM is generally used when the area behind your midfield is weak and you want a player to drop deep in defense to add numbers to your defensive mid area while still contributing numbers to your attack, unlike the defensive duties you'd need to use for other roles to get the same defensive support out of your player. you dont need that kind of defence because you ahve three CBs and a defensive midfielder. It'd be better for your defensive spacing to have him not drop back so much.
RPM: Actually pretty similar in their offensive support to the BBM in that they don't want to be ahead of the ball, so they cause the same problem in your formation. Furthermore, what the RPM does is move a lot laterally, providing support on the flanks. The problem is that you have wingers in his line (ML and MR), so that aspect of his game will actually make your players bunch up on the wings and leave the midfield wide open, weakening your offensive structure.
I will continue this in a second post

lastly, playmaker roles greatly alter the players' decision making process. a playmaker prioritizes being open for an easy pass over anything else, the playmaker wants to receive the ball (and, by positioning himself in a way that other players can always pass to him, he'll receive a lot of passes) to then create something. what this also means it that he'll be even more discouraged to actually take an aggressive position to help your team carry the ball forward, because he wants the pass to him to be easy, and will therefore stay behind enemy lines. he's probably the worst possible role you can use in the MC position for your formation.
What you need is at least two midfielders who will push forward so that the players behind them can pass to them in an attempt to attack the opponent's third of the pitch. you therefore want an attacking role that is willing to be ahead of the ball and that isnt a playmaker role (again, those prioritize being open and therefore wont stick close to the defenders).
CMa is a fantastic role that works in almost any formation, its really good. MEZa is also great, its a bit more attacking and the players positions themselves a bit wider (attacking the half spaces), which fits your formation well - you have wingers that attack the flanks and two strikers that attack the center, so having two CMa that attack the area behind the strikers might be a bit redundant and having them stray a bit wider might compliment your formation well. Though I'd say try out both roles and see whether you prefer CMa CMa, MEZa MEZa or a combination.
Dominic Torres
Oh by the way, if you feel like having two attacking roles in midfield fucks up your spacing/spreads out your midfield too much, you can put one of the two in a support role instead. if you use a CM and a MEZ, put the CM in support role rather than the MEZ.
You have only 1 player per wing capable of covering the flanks, so you want a player that can offer wing play both offensively and defensively, and the DW does that quite well imo
Henry Brooks
But do you really need more than a WMF? I've found that they're able to sufficiently carry the defensive load. Maybe it's because my midfield is heavily support and not attack but I've found I need them going forward
Dylan Johnson
>2022 world cup Enjoy having a game every 3-4 days.
Aaron Richardson
To be honest, no idea about that. You might be right.
>Roman Grub your team is so good that you have a pile of spaghetti up front and still win
Justin Jackson
I don't get it, maybe because I'm German and can only read his name the German way
Jeremiah King
>my team has amazing early season form oh god I know where this leads, my league starts taking me/my tactics seriously and shit starts falling apart come january
Jason Myers
Youre lucky, half my team just asked for new contracts even though im 100k above my wage budget already. Morale is rapidly dropping
Leo Collins
I just tell them that they have multiple years left on their contract so I wont extend for now. They say OK boss every time.
Adrian Cox
Only works like 20% of the time,
Grayson Bailey
well I'm very renowned at this point and my players would suck my dick if I told them to, so yeah.

About retraining wingers: don't bother Just play them as wing backs anyway. Them having the right stats for it is much more important than their position familiarity
>2-0 up and cruising at half time in league cup >bring off striker to give him a rest >dm comes on to shore things up >3-2 down within 10 minutes of restart This game is fucking shite.
>French Nat has a max of 99 players registered Is this the db I have being retarded or is this real
Elijah Young
>FA Trophy Qualifying Round 3 >5-1 up at half time >Concede twice in second half, don't even have a highlight where I attack >Tell my players it was a Jekyll and Hyde performance >CONFUSED AND DEMOTIVATED How is that difficult? You didn't even get a shot on target and conceded two goals when you were beating them 5-1. Quick sum up:
Clayton Apps: 23(1) Goals: 30 Assists: 13
Tshimanga Apps: 23(1) Goals: 20 Assists: 14
Christian Nguyen
Also I got the Brexit term where it's really confusing based on cost and apps and stuff. This is why I hate playing in the UK now. You get dealt shit hands.
Hunter Howard
IIRC it's something they fixed in the editor a couple years ago where if you didn't set a player cap, it would default it to like 10 or 20 or something stupid instead of unlimited. So people would just set it to 99, and they still do
Jayden Gray
Ohh that makes a lot more sense, either way it's good because now I don't have to choose some players over others and I have full access to all of my squad
William Hall
>Clayton is banging them in >Is 16 >Training says 'Needs Bigger Challenge' Does that mean he's not gonna improve until he plays higher division/skill players, or does it mean he won't (unless he moves)? I doubt I could get £100k for him but it'd be great if I could.
Easton Cox
I think it's mostly about playing in a higher standard competition, whichever team that's for. but I also doubt he won't develop at ALL in his current situation, he just won't develop as fast as he could
I'm raping it up and I am now bored. Scout program time to find memey regens outside of UK and my known areas.
Grayson Harris
>all that CA wasted on those other positions IT HURTS. Also, dude has poor natural fitness. He's never gonna use that speed to fullest advantage. Poor dribbling but with Killer Balls Often he should be OK.
okay, this is the first regen i signed using a scout program. i didn't check before i bought, i just searched for regen and signed whomever would sign. not too bad.
I like to fall asleep while answering an imaginary interview in my head about the last game I played only place where journalists ask relevant questions

is this /trb/ or real life managing
Jose Roberts
Of course this can't be real life FM makes me feel loved sometimes
Isaac Ortiz
Of all the teams I faced so far this season, my first loss happens against fucking Besiktas? And its a comprehensive blowout? The fuck are you fucking doing you complacent pieces of shit, literally every player below 6.4 will get a 2 week fine for this game
I don't see anything wrong with that, my schedule always looks like this except for international breaks which fuck my players up WAY worse than my regular schedule as I rotate frequently
Mason Hernandez
When you reach the point where you are the best team in the world, you never have less than 2 games a week
>it's another "their keeper suddenly turns into a god when he's playing against our team" episode
Matthew Wood
He's not very good man, don't know what to tell you. He won't develop well enough for Ligue 1 at least.
Sebastian Carter
he's not even 15 yet, the fuck are you on about
Blake Rodriguez
backup DM material for sure. good personality, decent mentals for his age. kind of a limited player but will probably be good enough for occasional ligue 1 appearances someday
you poor soul. who tricked you into managing bastia?
Grayson Allen
I asked the thread and this was the club that popped up that wasn't FC santa clause who I alreeady did a save with. It's gone well , in the National right now with a new Sugar Daddy owner because the old owner sold the team due to financial issues so it actually hasn't been all that bad
>Sugar Daddy I see. still, nice work with beating PSG
Thomas Ross
i wish this game would cool it with the own goals
Blake Cook
I didn't know how I managed it, I knew I had to either keep the early lead or win in pens, I gotta face Strasbourg next,, I'm slightly confident that I can win this cup considering the toughest opponent is gone.
Caleb Parker
>it's another "key player injured 30 seconds into the game" episode

fuck right off
I've been so close in every CL game and I keep getting dicked on in the last few minutes
>go on vacation for 20 days before 2022 WC starts because there are no games for two months >come back and start reading mail >player is getting upset >player wants to disucss personal matters with you >squad unhappy with treatment of player >"Player facing uncertain future after fallout" >"Pressure building as player looks to force move" ffs didnt know all hell was gonna break loose from going on vacation for 3 weeks
Sebastian Phillips
It's always like that >become a medium sized recently promoted PL club fighting against relegation since two season >City has a 21 years old former very hot prospect who NEVER played yet >2 m value >make enquiry >they ask 120 millions Seriously fuck this.
Zachary Ross
Should've arranged some friendlies to keep the lads fresh and occupied.
I am in my third season now after winning the CL last year 3-2 against Liverpool, with the winning goal scored by Milinkovic-Savic in 90+1'. Also won Serie A by 4 points with Napoli second, the TIM cup against Inter, the Supercoppa against Inter, and the UEFA Super Cup against Barcelona 3-0 (Immobile hattrick). Sold Luis Alberto to Man City for 75 million Euros and bought in Eder Militao and Oliver from Porto for 100 million in total. The tactic I use is an extremely high intensity press and counter attack tactic. Since I don't use wingers my wingbacks tend to score 10+ goals each season, and in my first season Marusic (RWB) scored 20 goals and was Serie A player of the year. Lazio is such a good team on this game.
how is luquacku, matt? would be funny to see the day he becomes a more relevant player than his brother
Cameron Nguyen
has anyone gotten a 4-4-fackin-2 to work in 19? It was great for me in lower leagues last year but so far its just been shit for me.
John James
Lukaku is a great wing back but not one of the best in the game. He scores 10 goals for me each season without wingers, but also makes many assists. He is available relatively cheaply at the start. I don't think he is anywhere near as good as this in real life
Daniel Johnson
Running one with Milan right now, but it's cause Paqueta got injured, surprisingly good so far

Just had a player complete 196 passes in a game. What's the most you've seen?
Chase Ward
As soon as I get home i'll post it, to be honest I have no clue about the midfield roles but it works somehow

Ancelotti went to ManU in my save and bought Icardi and Dybala the season after failing to qualify for the Champions League, it was insanity and I had to face them in the Champions League semis
