You need really good agility and cerebral play in Seattle's offense so you can quickly and accurately adjust to where Wilson needs you to be in an improvised play.

That's a couple of years out of date mate. Baldwin only played in about two or three games last season but Wilson still put up similar numbers compared to 2017 and that was with a mediocre cast of receivers. And DK still has several months to get better at route running

Smart receivers adjust their routes slightly to bait safeties or sneak into their blind spot. They also adjust and know when/where to "sit" to beat zone coverage. And also a lot of teams run concepts where the receiver dies have a choice of route depending on how the defense reacts off the initial release.

Actually it's the other way around. Wilson generally has to by time for his receivers to get open since they rarely separate at the LOS. In fact, the reason Wilson holds onto the ball so long is he can't dump it off right away as there's no one to throw it to most of the time, that's one of the reasons he had a perfect passer rating when targeting Lockett last year. He had to buy several seconds to give Lockett enough time to get open, which was usually 3-5 seconds after the snap. And that was just with Lockett and some literal who's at receiver. DK does not have to make flashy cuts or moves, he just needs to get open
