Just look at the end of the webm, with all the guys holding the fence to avoid falling while the others are trying to grind them to the ground. That's what it looks most of the time.
Also look at what the guy doing the looping dodge does just before: he just rams his opponent from his blindside and make him fall. That's what it is too: fighters trying to blinside crash into each others. Not really interesting either.

Part of why the Russians are so good is their training in things like Judo. They use the weapons and soften them up but you do see proper throws.

I think they only announced it would be in Serbia in the autumn so it'll be a while before it's known. However, they were singing the praises of the place they found in Serbia so I think there's a good chance it'll be there again. Big castle, in a place not even in the capital but in a city that was super keen to host. Plus it sounds like it was dead cheap for all involved.
