As you said he is a rotation player. He can play as RB or in the middfield. Not the best but does the work. Semedo is way better as RB but he is limited to that.
If you have a problem in deffence he plays RB or LB and if you need somebody in midfield to keep the posesion he does it good.

So who is meant to be the starter at RB then? Why is there an average RB in Semedo and a converted midfielder in Roberto taking turns at RB?
