Millenial teams

Are they the ultimate millennial team?
>don't appeal to boomers because no past glory
>don't appeal to zoomers because no current success, also few Instagram players
>somehow have massive following among IPA drinkers in their 20s and 30s outside of Britain
Why is this? Because you don't look like a bandwagoner?
What are some other examples? Athletico? Seahawks?

>don't appeal to boomers because no past glory

But the last time spurs won trophies were when boomers were around

Using my dad as a boomer benchmark most his favourites play in the championship nowadays.

Reminder Tottenham was the biggest LONDON team before that Russian fag bought Chelsea.

And they are a boomer zoomer club. You are wrong

I've never heard boomers talk about them whatsoever.

Arsenal?

Because there are bigger boomer clubs like Nottingham Forest, Aston Villa or Ipswich who then fell from grace or have more interesting stories so it's easier to talk about them.

Although Tottenhams success came in boomer times since then they at least kept being fairly relevant in English football and now they are that hipster English team.

They do though. If you meet actual north Londoners they follow spuds mate. They are the best supported club in London, the London team. Don't fall for the bullshit, there's Chelsea massively overrepresented on this board because of /spol/ meme and Arsenal don't actually have any fans only larpers (arse are the Manhattan communists party). Those other London clubs are either small or mostly followed by essex people

>somehow have massive following among IPA drinkers in their 20s and 30s outside of Britain
Is this actually true?

>Implying
Arseanal and Waste Ham were both bigger than Spuds before Chelsea were good

They are the biggest club in the US where most football fans that aren't Chicanos are exactly that. Not to mention I live in onions central myself and see more Spurs and Athletico shirts than Real and Liverpool

Barça? Atlético tier until Cruyff

Dortmund and maybe Ajax as well

Most white Londoners support Tottenham or the smaller London clubs like West Ham/Millwall/Crystal Palace, 90% of arsenal fans are blacks and pakis who grew up when arsenal started doing well with a mostly black team

It is, white Americans and Canadians love (((Spurs))) and Citeh.

They're seen as neutral underdogs and the media loves to lick their arse for having so many young english players.

Spurs have plenty of past glory though. Both domestic and in Europe.

>supporting a team based on glory rather than supporting your local team
State of customers

>don't appeal to boomers because no past glory

Are you thick

The same people that remember their succes also remember D-day.

They're popular in the US because they had Keller, Dempsey and Friedel

Chelsea have finished above Spurs every season since 1996.

Now you're grasping at straws. Keller played more games for Millwall and Leicester than Spurs.
There's something in their marketing mix which makes them appealing towards men in their 20s who drink craft beer and watch blacked porn.
There's no child on earth which dreams of playing for the Spurs, nor a boomer that wants to see them play once more before he dies. Yet all the onions like them, why?

you retarded?

Spurs were a much better team than Milwall or Leicester though. National bandwagoning has a limit

I'm talking about until 2003 because this is the date that matters

The only time Spurs were really bigger than Chelsea was in the 1960's and 1980's. Chelsea were a much better team in the 1990's and 1950's. Chelsea were actually the biggest team in the country up until the 1920's.

i think they're a hipster choice for customers
Don't want to pick Manure, Arse or Chelsea because they're too popular
Don't want to pick Man City because they're too successful
Don't want to pick anyone out of top 6 because they want to feasibly win
Leaves them a choice between Spurs and Liverpool. Liverpool is seen as the more competent of the two (somehow) and is therefore the less desirable option

Based anglo football supporter.

>Son man team

they are a boomer club here bc they were the first english team to sign arg players after the 78 wc. ardilles and the other guy

Liverpool is very popular amongst bandwagoners as well

>athletico
do you mean the team fron Paraná?
They have fans of all ages.

That's what I mean, it's down between those two and how much of an elitist or hipster they are
