La Liga de plastico
thanks. another great thread made by chichanito
thanks I alredy saw this hrs early
What's this about. Sorry to ask but I don't live on 4channel.
Number of sacks this season.
# of sacked coaches this season
Ooo no no no huehuehue.
Fuck premier league though.
Unironically a league of least exposed teams.
Of horrible teams who'll keep shitty managers forever. I'm tired of that le eternal Wenger crap. It only fucks you up.
I don't understand the connection with this and being plastic
>MUH YOU SHOULD ALWAYS SUPPORT THE COACH NO MATTER WHAT
This. Managers should be fired after 3 straight losses.
Has England even produced a good manager in the last few year? Allardyce? Pardew? Who is the best english manager of the last years that isn't Southgate?
t. flamerdista
>accepting defeats
managers should be sacked after the first defeat
i'm not flamenguista, but what has one thing to do with the other?
Except it has been proven that rapidly changing your managers does not actually increase the rate at which you win trophies. This is because rapidly changing managers results in them bringing entirely new tactics or preferences to the team and often takes them awhile to learn shit about the league (if they need to). This means they end up never improving. Having a manager who is there for a long time means they can set up and get things to work they way they want and provide shit for the future. The only time changing managers is better is when you're in a relegation battle, a lot of the time it results in you being saved. If changing managers actually drastically improved your teams performance like you're implying they do, Arsenal wouldn't have lost three in a row when they should have confirmed Top 4 safety by now, they wouldn't be going out of the EL this week and they wouldn't be missing out on Europe for the first time since the PL began.

and let's fucking keep it that way
I don't have any problem with this
Yeah, I'm sure Manchester United are really glad Ferguson is gone and they have Olé at the wheel!
Efficiency. Still the league with the most teams who have won the CL. And still the only league that understands that the manager should be above all else.
That's heritage of success.
Wilder, Howe, and Dyche are all legit good managers. Dyche could do a job at a club like Valencia or Marseille if not for culture issues. Wilder should honestly have his pick of any club in the world. He'd be the best candidate for Manure, Juve, Real, Bayern, and PSG
Based.
