Perhaps, it is a great stadium to visit in-person though, real old school feel to it, plus you're right next to the pitch. I've got a season ticket in the lower stands (3rd row), it's so close to the field that Pickford has conversations with the fans while he's warming up (plus someone always gets smacked in the face with a Richarlison practice volley that you can't react to in time). It's a nightmare further back due to the support beams, but diehard fans in the jarg seats make up for it. A lot of Evertonians are unsure about a new stadium for its potential to numb the match day atmosphere, but I guess it's a necessary evil if the club wants to compete with Liverpool and at the top of the league again.

It's usually a split family thing, my mum and I support Everton, my Dad and brother support Liverpool

I unironically rate Everton. They manage to assblast top 6 teams on the regular while being fun to watch. They are #7 to me and next season looks promising if Bernard /Richarlison/ Sigurdsson aren't sold.

Yeah, the stadiums are right next to each other. The only big fan difference is abroad, far less people know about Everton when I go abroad (shoutout to the Australian Cahill fans and Tim Howard fans in America)
