2nd league is fine as it is.

CNS should be split into a 3rd division with 18 teams and a 4th division with perhaps 3 series, each with 12 or 14 teams. The 3 best teams from each series would face each other in a promotion subleague, but a team cannot face the teams that came from the same series. See how it's done in handball's 2nd division.

Imagine if Liga NOS had 10 teams like the Swiss League, making each time play each other 4 times.

Actually, I wouldn't mind this, considering how low quality our league is and that most teams are just point fodder for the Top 4.
So most games would actually be a challenge.

Having the big games being played so often would remove a bit of the hype and anticipation that comes before a big match.
16 teams is fine. We had 3 teams in the EL semifinals back when the league had 16 teams. You can add Sporting's semifinal in 2012 and Benfica's finals in 2013 and 2014.

I'm from Pedras Salgadas, UNICER Group has been fucking us in the ass hard, Pedras Salgadas and Vidago have been suffering a lot and lost most of its tourism thanks to what UNICER has been doing there.

The main attraction of Pedras Salgadas was the Spa Resort (Thermal Waters, Hotels, Casino, Swimming Pool and Sport Fields like Tennis or Futsal) that were all situated in our Natural Park.
They shut it down back in 2002 to wreck everything in there to make a "Project" that even to this date isn't done yet, hell, we don't even have a Hotel anymore since it was closed when they closed the Park.

Ever since, tourism is pretty much dead, Pedras Salgadas is a ghost town now and only revives whenever people like me come from abroad to spend time in their hometown, it really sucks, its a wonderful place.
At least the spa recently opened there...massages are pretty good and so is the Thermal Swimming Pool in there that's basically the fizzy water from Água das Pedras, pretty nice for a swim.

I recommend it, nice place, if you do make a visit to the Casino, it's 1 minute away from the Highway, probably the best Casino in Portugal, I often went there just to go to the upper floors to watch people play Poker against each other, comfy as fuck, no entrance fee.

There's no obligation, but it kinda makes sense to, you know, be there to support the team and I don't think that's something you do when the team you support is in Portugal and you live in Brazil, for example. Even if you dedicate yourself to the love of that team and the place where you live have no identity with that team, you'll be going on the internet to find radio shows from another place to know what's happening with the team you pretend to support, you'll be the only person in town wearing that team's jersey in sign of support and you'll be left alone. Depression comes after.

We still had a strong club culture back then and had absolutely no need of resorting to the "support your local team" argument. Even biclubistas had a strong bairrista mentality that just came naturally. It all slowly vanished from 2009 onwards. The old fart FOL had to come back from whatever hole he was in to take charge of a dying club and leech off whatever was left of it. Big mistake to have him come back, but unfortunately no one else was courageous enough to take charge. The debt is just too damn high and it surprises me that VFC still hasn't started anew. Perhaps that would be the best course of action. It certainly would fend off the parasites.

All of our existing parties are pro-big state, pro-centralization, anti-free market. They want a state that employs many people and charges high taxes to control most sectors of society. This is a direct by-product of post-Revolution mentality that's been very difficult to get rid of. Even so-called "right-wing" parties like PSD or CDS are actually center-left in the economical spectrum, they're just right-wing when you compare them to PS or BE/PCP, who double down on state authority even further. Every other new party like Alianca, PAN or Livre or whatever are just different shades of socialism, no real differences besides cosmetic changes.
If iniciativa liberal backs up what they claim to stand for (and they do, Arroja is pretty much a libertarian) we might have a party that's worth voting for for the very first time.
