Watson was always shit, he has shown some growth in the NFL, he took so many sacks last season because he scrambled less. But look at his throws in college, it was a lot of running around behind the line them throwing it far, his midrange was very inaccurate. He will never be a top 10 qb, but he's just good enough, and the right race, to never lose his job (and that's a good thing)

Dak Prescott is a good QB that is a clear jump above a game manager, and that's 100% fine. He had a sophomore slump, but bounced back for his third year and posted a high completion percentage (67.8%), low INT rate (8 ints, 1.5% INT rate), put up 22 TDs in the air and 6 on the ground. When you have a good o-line and an elite workhorse RB, this is exactly what you want in a QB. In three seasons, he has 14 game winning drives and 8 fourth quarter comebacks -- in addition to managing the game, he can go out and win some, too.
He shouldn't be paid Aaron Rodgers or Russell Wilson money, but if he can keep controlling the ball they Cowboys can put the pieces around him to make deep playoff runs. Dak is a great fit for Dallas if they can get him at the right cap hit, IMO.
