This. It's a political trap when they try to get you to associate "Bosnians" with just Muslims, because they (Muslims) are trying to cleanse Serbs and Croats from Bosnia. Over the last 20 years, the numbers of both have fell while the amount of Muslims has risen. They think that because Croats and Serbs have their homelands then they're entitled to kick them out of Bosnia which they want to claim as their own. Bosniaks are Muslims, not Bosnians. It might seem petty, but it's not. Associating only Muslims with the term Bosnian has huge ramifications. It's what they want you to do to legitimize their claim on all of Bosnia. They want a clean nation and new identity like Croats and Serbs have. Just more artificial nation building sponsored by NATO and burgers.

Ask anyone here about Bosnians and they immediately think of Bosniaks. You have to explain that Serbs and Croats can be Bosnian to most people here. You're forgetting how politically illiterate the average Westerner is.

There are lots of ethnicities there and probably allot of them mixed. However there's a reason that the region is home to the top 5 tallest people (Netherlands and such being even taller on average) and allot of people have dark blue eyes/light ish hair. Compare that to Greece which is pretty much a total replacement exempt from some regions. Southern Spain same thing, compare that to Catalonia.

Go and read some actual studies on the area. Hellenic/Illyrian people are the same type whom occupied that area for thousands of years. Open a map for once.
