I am starting a new game in Fifa10 with Chelsea

Fifa 10 expert here, chelsea is pretty shit in that game because it's full of boomers.
Pjanic grows till 95, but is a little expensive, while Hazard is cheap and demands low wages.
Sidnei is cheap and will grow till 90-91 (don't remember), same as Hummels and Subasic.
For fullbacks, you can buy Fabio and another one with the same name that's also brazilian and from the same team (united), both of them will grow past 90. Santon is also good, but I think he demands high wages.
For the midfield, you can buy cigarini and zuculini.
Also look at everton, almost all of their young players will grow past 90.
That's it, I play with a 2017/2018 patch so I don't remember more, but with that you should have a decent team for 2014.

yes, but what I meant is that lampard was shit with his base stats. That didn't make sense to me since he had good dribble and strength, but felt like I was playing with a 66 player, so I always had to play with him as a center forward
