Milner looks and talks like a Rugby player

>Liverpool - PSG : 3-2
>PSG - Liverpool : 2-1
If PSG can beat Liverpool on 2 legs then why cant Barca

>Liverpool lost to every team in their group.
>Barca are undefeated this Champions League
>Liverpool have conceded more in the group stage and the knockout stage
And yet somehow their defense is better than Barca's?

The only team semi decent at attacking Barcelona have played in the CL is Tottenham and they conceded 3 goals. They'll ship loads to Liverpool who are probably the best defending team in the world, actual defending, not having 75% possession and starving the opponent of the ball like Man City who ship goals for fun when it matters.

Then how did Slipperpool lose to all 3 teams with their starting XI's?
Barca conceded an extra goal to Tottenham because of their rotated team due to them already qualifying.

Screencapping this.

What? I want to know how they lost 3 times. I didn't watch those games

>american OP

>Liverpool who are probably the best defending team in the world
Idiot.

They choked away to Red Star and played terribly. The other losses were 2-1 away to PSG (full strength PSG with Neymar and Cavani, unlike when Manure beat them) and a 90th minute loss to Napoli. Absolutely understandable.

Feel free to post a counter

Low IQ.
Football doesn't work like this. Group stage form doesn't mean anything 100%. Spain showed this in the WC 2010.

Either way Liverpool had what wae considered the hardest group anyways

Nice cope. Man united lost when they pkayed full strength and then won when they had a much weaker squad in the 2nd leg

>Either way Liverpool had what wae considered the hardest group anyways
Is this bait

They didn't play over too legs though you mong. And sides losing in the group's then going on to win the competition is nothing new

What was worse? All 3 teams had potential to easily qualify. Napoli went from being top before the last game to being 3rd.

The spurs group isn't as even since barca was always gonna go through no matter what.

>The mashers of Manchester
>The lashes of Lyon
>The ponders of psv
In all seriousness Liverpool with fabinho in the centre of midfield and Henderson on the right have looked a lot more solid, and have been better defensively in the second the of the season.

Which group was harder?

A and E were about the same as Liverpools
They just bottled it a couple times and your trying to make their group seem the hardest

But Barcelona are better offensively (if Dembele starts over Coutinho) and still have a solid midfield and defense that can all attack.
Furthermore, their goalie is better than Allison imo.
However, I think Liverpool are a bit more cohesive and have a top defender. Barcelona doesn't (except maybe Pique, Umtiti is injured).

I know this is bait but fuck it, have a (You)
>Group A
Dortmund and Atlético were always going to advance
>Group E
Everybody knew Bayern would advance, and Benfica was complete shit at that time
Só i don't know what you meant and i'm disgusted i responded to that

Every team in Liverpools group were a joke.
They would have owned that group if they weren't such mental midgets. They give too much edge to the opponents like with Porto in the first half last game.
If anything Barca's group was harder with Spurs and Inter. They're both harder than PSG and Napoli.

I do think it's anyone's game. Liverpool are normally very good defensively when their on the back foot. Also Liverpool are usually quite good at being "gaint killers" in the sense that they can beat anyone on their day being a great counter attacking side. It'll be a battle of possession against affective football, which klopps usually thrives at. Then again they can be big bottlers, so who knows

I think it will be a mental game.
Which ever team decides to take it easy and not push hard away will lose.
I do also favour the attacking team desu.

I genuinely believe Barce will get caught out by the press. They had a lot of shaky moments against United at Old Trafford when United pressed and United aren't even good at pressing.

Everyone can see that.
Barcelona almost never clear the ball and choose to pass at the back even when it's dangerous.
