What should happen is nothing until the court case, I'm not a lawyer but there's something about keeping all these allegations out of the public because it can influence a jury and shit like that. The RLPA should be doing more about this stuff. All that aside, if he wants to play and his club wants him to play then I don't see how that's a problem. When he goes to court, if he's innocent there's ostensibly no harm done to his career and if he's guilty then whatever the law decides.
