>Spend 100m to buy Ronaldo
>win less titles than last season
nice goat you have there, he actually made Juve worse lmao
Spend 100m to buy Ronaldo
jewentus = total fail
Don't forget the wages
What does he actually bring to a team?
Did Juventus even score more goals this season than the last?
HAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAH
he's really, really, really, really good at taking penalties. didn't you know that takes world-class talent?
this one time, he scored a penalty in stoppage time. incredible, nobody else could do that.
30m per year too kek, and he's not getting any younger
What were they thinking? Banking on a 33 year old has been that’s been propped up by refballs and real Madrid’s bribe money. Fucking tap in goal scorer that jumps around like a fucking idiot after every tap in.
fewer titles
Hes the portugese Peter Crouch but cant even score headers like Messi did in the CL final
Of course he made them better. Do you forget Higuain was upfront before him?
He's also their top scorer in the league and champions League and scored their only two goals in this tie
they wanted to shill their new branding and ronaldo is guaranteed 3rd worlder following
Ronaldo has scored more goals in this season's CL knock out stages than Messi
yet messi, the goat, is still in the competition and rapenaldo is going home w/ no semi-final
weird
That's it....that's all you have? Fucking pathetic.
>wants a challenge
>goes to stacked team
>makes them worse
>juve
>stacked
unironically the shittiest squad from this stage behind porto
Correct me if i'm wrong, but he scored 5 goals in two knockout ties while also being the solo scorer for the team.
This looks like him doing his job and Juve just being awful.
I guess the real trophy were all the goals we scored in the round of 16.
>sub off your best playmaker for some jamaican with dreads
lmao
kek
Messi has 4 goals and 2 assists (not counting the assist for suarez cause at the end it was MU own goal, but you could count it as well). Ronaldo has 5 goals. Sometimes messi isn't the one tap in it.
>muh statpadding against farmers
>Spend 100m
>Win 300m with sponsors and tv contracts
Stupid Mario.
He needs an environment where the team feeds him tap-ins and is defensively solid behind. Ironically, a related phenomenon has happened with Madrid: it was a team built to feed Ronaldo tap-ins, and once Ronaldo left all those crosses were going nowhere/to Bale.
>Mandzukic died for this
>Dybala
>Playmaker
>Of course he made them better
he didn't they got knocked out at the same stage of CL (at least last year was a last minute penalty vs Real) and are alredy out of Coppa Italia.
>He's also their top scorer in the league
that's just because everyone play for him, he's not even the top scorer i the league, the fraud
Let's count how many UCLs Messi has won lately, shall we?
Or does it only count when Ronaldo doesn't make it to the final?
>2018: 62 GD in serie A, coppa italia, and QF spot
>2019: 43 GD in Serie A, out of the cup to atalanta, and QF spot and down 130 million euros
nice cherrypicking, and you forget that Messi unlike Ronaldo actually contributes something else aside from tap ins
>The Marauder of Malmo
Did you watch Messi tonight? He consciously decided to drop his intensity and spent the second half trying to set up his teammates.
yes, he contributes to the only Argentinian football generation that hasn't won a Copa America.
hahahahaahahahah
POONALDO IS A FRAUD
VAR DESTROYED HIM
lol
kek
Kek
I wish Messi made that bicycle kick today to put the nail in the coffin
When his team was already two goals ahead?! Only world class mental strength can handle that pressure.
>fraudnaldo before VAR
>fraudnaldo now
FAKENALDO
He just runs fast, thats it, Madrid played this way, having a solid defense to recover the ball fast and then kicking long passes to ronaldo could outrun the defense and get the ball alone, it’s a dumb and predictable play style, but effective if everyone do their job.
Juventus doesnt play like that, never had, never will, ergo ronaldo is exposed as the one-trick-pony he is
>only generation
>drought began in 1993
>pivotal part in getting them to finals
>robbed in 2015 by the chileans
The same Juventus squad made a comeback against Spurs and almost did a second comeback against Real if it wasn't for refball. By all metrics Ronaldo made the teams worse.
Juve were unironically better with Piguain and Dybala sharing the offensive load. The reason Ronaldo is the sole scorer is that he's actually the only one that's ever in a position to score and receive passes from wingers and fullbacks. Dybala no longer has a role in the team this season and that's why he was benched.
bumped for absolute FACTS that only people who actually watch the matches will know
Seriously what the fuck was he thinking going to Juve, basically the Italian Atletico Madrid
should've gone to porto desu
Literally just name recognition. Serie A teams don't have the global fame that the likes of Madrid or Man Utd have so they basically just bought him to flog shirts and other merchandise to third worlders
>what was he thinking?
Money
they forgot that this is a team sport and "cross to Rolando" doesn't work outside the farmers league
Serie A goals for Juve:
>This season
65
>Last season
86
JjUST
more advertisement for Jeep
Why didn't they just buy Messi instead?
If you meme niggers actually accompanied the season you'd know it's not his fault. He performed at the top level and is Juve's best player by far.
These mental gymnastics lmao
How exactly was his fault that Juve performed worse this year? How did he not help the team as it is clear he was the best in there?
>I'm looking for a """"challenge""""
>Goes to a team that has ROFLSTOMPED their league in the las 7 (SEVEN) FUCKING YEARS and got into 2 CL finals
>Somehow manages to actually make them worse
LMAO, you can't make this shit up
he makes it worse becuase to accomodate his tap in hunger the team plays solely to feed him even when there are bet choices, and on his part, he alays fucking shoots everytime he has the ball even if there are better options, he alwao provides literally nothing aside from tap in and headers. So he's still scores a good (not even impressive) ammount of goals but the team suffers, hence why the less goals scored and worse perfomance in general.
not even his league's best goalscorer
JUST
this is indeed true, real are orphan, they have the brain, the arm but they're missing the tip of the sword
He's getting outpoached by a 42 year old part time pizzeria cook
LOOK AT HIS UPPER BACK CURVE
AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH "CHAD"
IT REFLECTS HIS TRUE SELF, DEEP INSECURITIES
How exactly was it his fault that Juventus got eliminated by Atalanta and Ajax?
Because I sure could just see poor defending and none of if was his fault, he even scored twice against Ajax.
You're spamming fantasies about how Ronaldo is a poacher and he has the squad in ransom to feed him tapins, but none of that is true and you cannot provide any example to back it up. Ronaldo assists, he works towards the team, and he rarely makes mistakes. You can see him assisting Kean against Atletico and Ajax and the guy didn't finish, you can see him working since the back towards his goal in the first hand, when he passed to Cancelo that assisted him afterwards.
Give me examples of how Ronaldo being good at finishing hurt his team this season. I doubt you'll do it because you're talking out of your ass.
>By all metrics Ronaldo made the teams worse
who else scored in CL for Juventus this year?
This was just a bridging season until the final piece of the jigsaw arrives. Matuidi obviously is not worthy. Once Ramsay replaces him they will be unstoppable
considering he didn't score a single goal in the 1st half, someone else must have carried him out of group stages
Inzaghi is a better poacher
He also has a World Cup title.
He scored against United. He was banned for one match and sent off for pretty much the entirety of another.
Is this ironic?
Because Juve defense is stuck in the early 00', they don't even support the offensive play unlike all the other top teams.
Allegri got fucking scared by Spinazzola against Atletico, played De Sciglio in a match Juve was supposed to score in.
COPE
Kevin prince boateng is still in the competition too
Yea Forums levels of sport comprehension are the same of an 8 years old boy.
>team can't even make 3 consecutive passes, no ideas at all
>Alex S. botches stops and passes all the time
>Ronaldo literally has to go to midfield to get the ball himself
>Dybala gets put into a pocket to disappear until the injury
>Rugani
>De Sciglio
>Pjanic literally disappears apart from a good save on another defense fuck up
>Ronaldo gets ONE clear chance, scores
>Kean fucks up twice
Yea Forums take on the match:
>PENALDO EXPOSED!!!
people only do that because Ronaldo fanboys are incredibly autistic and jump through even more flaming mental hoops to explain how Messi is actually shit
The two goals he scored or the hatrick in the match before are worth it. they took a gamble and lost but its not his fault the defense of Juve got their shit pushed in.
>has to go to midfield to get the ball
oh no, like Messi does every single game? before he creates or scores a goal?
Can you read? My post already explained that, he isn't directly responsible in the true sense of the word but it's him coming over and getting Higuain and Mandzukic shafted and Dybala becoming a non-factor. To accommodate him, Juventus adopted a style they were never good at, playing through fullbacks and pacey wingers to try and find the single poacher waiting in the box. This whole season it feels like Allegri was trying to recreate Zidane's RM at Juventus (and failing) They had far more success with Dybala/Higuain/Mandzukic/Cuadrado because they were far more dynamic and offered a ton of ways to get to goal (from standard poaching and headers to long range shots to dribbling your way through the defense...etc) and that kinda compensated for the lack of creativity in the midfield, not to mention the last 2 actually used to track back and help the defense, something which Juve has missed with their current line-up. Whereas with Ronaldo the only way to get him to put up big dick numbers is trying to find him in space, which fails miserably against teams that mark him properly, and their lack of creative midfielders is now way more apparent. You might be able to scrape your way through teams like Atletico but against ones like Ajax Ronaldo becomes completely useless. So yeah, it's not that there's any particular moment you can point at and say "this is where everything went wrong" and it just goes back to the point of my post and this whole thread. His move to Juve was a big fucking flop on a sporting level because he's too old to play any role BUT a classic 9 or a poacher and he needs world class players feeding him perfect crosses, which is something he can't find in Juve like he did at Real the last couple of seasons.
Now, as for Ronaldo on an individual level, he's been decent but nothing spectacular. His conversion got even worse and he's probably the only top player who scores way below his xG stats. Disappointing on all fronts.
>Pjameme
>Boipussi
>Yea Forums will unironically defend at least one of these shitters
Dybala can fuck off too. Piggy/Ronaldo would've been perfect, but maybe not possible.
>he isn't directly responsible in the true sense
Thank you. The rest of your post reeks of mental gymnastics and the typical arab delusion so much I won't bother reading it and then decoding your english.
>Pjashit
>Pjacaca
>Pjanig
kean has something like 6 goals in his last 6 games, they were obviously desperate and there are worse moves than bringing on a player like that
as ajax have shown not all zoomers are irredeemable trash
