No drinking allowed
Support Arsenal? Fuck knows.
Leaving 10 minutes early
Traffic in London is hell. Getting into Highbury and Islington tube station takes around 30 minutes after games. It is Arsenal, so probably severe brain damage by 80th minute, I know, I have been there.
Is there a fire drill?
Get a head start on the abysmal traffic that usually surrounds stadiums.
Unless its at arsenal, which is usually because its arsenal
It's Arsenal
The fans are protesting against the outrageous ticket prices. It's a well organised walkout.
everytime people on Yea Forums that has never been to a match complains about people leaving early and not supporting their team. You know what hell it is to get out of a stadio after a match? Most of these people aren't some 20 - year old kid on holiday with all the time in the world, they have families, jobs the next morning etc. Leaving 5 min before the match end can be the difference of getting home in 20 min instead of an hour.
>Pay shitton of Money for the Tickets
>Walk out in Protest of the Prices
This is as dense as burning your Nike Stuff due to the Keapernick comercial
Do what?
It worked for Liverpool
Anyone else sleep hoping they don't wake up?
> t. boomer
liverpoolers did the opposite actually
>pay nothing for the tickets
>never leave the stadium again
>Crowds charge the gate manned by a couple guys who would never be able to control the situation
>Stadium becomes Mr. Bones Wild Ride
Talk about getting your money's worth
>there's a possibility that everyone of the victims paid and none of the guys who got in free died
>be me
>fan of a team that has been shit for nearly 20 years
>go to a game
>get blown out
>leaving a little early is the difference between getting home in 25 minutes as opposed to about 2 hours on a Sunday evening
>YOU AREN'T A TRUE FAN, JUST STAY HOME NEXT TIME
>shut the fuck up you retarded prick, me being here for the next 10 minutes means absolutely dick for the outcome, and I'd rather get home at this point
in sport, bigotry is the opposite of plastic fans/gloryhunters
when you root out the booze, standing, swearing, singing about politics and history you leave nothing but tourists
>imagine not having a capo to demand more beer and direct fan-friendly, lgbtqiaa2+ positive songs and chants, with the possibility of allowing your wife's biracial son to bang on a drum if you ask nicely enough
oi m8 i'm laffin
>Boston
>clap clap clap
>Boston
>clap clap clap
>leaving a match early instead of staying to clap off your boys, regardless of the result
>leaving a match early when you might miss a great goal or a comeback.
Absolute plastic behaviour.
Why the fuck are these types of people in such a rush anyway? I go to games and some people must only see like only 60 minutes. They turn up late, go early at half time for a pie, then leave early regardless of the likely result. I find it mind-boggling you'd dedicate yourself to attending an event, but then rush home to sit in traffic and watch mindnumbing TV like "Britain's Got Talent" or whatever most normal people do.
Can't defend it myself. Its habitual for certain people who will go when the injury time comes up no matter the scoreline. Why would you not want to see the most important part?
I've heard as many far fetched reasons for doing this as I have for supporting Man United.
