Yes but also, Germany, Japan and the Czechs don't have too much longer to wait until 2 of them are in group A. Russia and the Swiss just seem happy to be there whereas all three of the group B teams gave it 110% in their quarters. Japan gave the USA its hardest test other than Canada. That is saying something

I have floated this idea out their but what about taking the Cansdian and American U-18 teams and sticking them in group B as a way of easing teams into playing north America but at a size and pace more comfortable for them. Could work
