Over/under on number of home runs by a Mets pitcher today?

deGrom-esque K to start the game

The first of many

just stopping by to laugh at the retarded tripfag that doesn't know what a hyperbolic chamber is because he jerks off to cartoons

GIVE YOUR ENERGY TO STRASBURG

\O/

KK

fuck R*ndon

Attached: thor glasses.png (1330x744, 1.01M)

fuck nashitnals

there's no such thing as a "hyperbolic" chamber irl lol, you're thinking of a hyperbaric chamber

>Nimmo

No more Santa suits please

>Strassburg
lmao

Alonso is something else. That kid is FIRE. Mets needed a homegrown kid to fill in some mighty big cleats of David Wright

Last digit decides number of HRs.

1 run from that is okay. he's not gonna last long with that pitch count though

>Second and third, no out leads to one skinny run
I'll take it.

Looks like Synderbust is having some arm troubles, don't worry I'm sure the mets training staff will take good care of him

>10 pitch at bat
>strikeout

mixed feelings

Strasburg is winning the Cy Young this year

>implying he isn't going for two

not loving this ump's inconsistency

The game attendance by the long island ducks (not even single a) was typically better last season than the Miami Marlins. That's fucking insane. One is the city of Mami the other is a suburb NYC, Central Islip. WTF

Are you fucking serious? Sauce please

i'm worried that the bullpen is going to stink today

I don't want to be that guy, but there's no point worrying about something we know is going to happen

I'm from LI and this doesn't shock me, the ducks were a destination for school field trips and little league group outings.

i guess that's comforting in a nihilistic way

ideally he can still get through seven with a lucky 6th, but I doubt it

>even intoning this shit with Glassarm Strasbust on the hill

wow, a hit

>Nats fielding

Took off work early to come home and watch the game. Just got home. What did I miss?
>Nats desu senpai

Soto walk
Zman walk
Passed
Ball
Suicide squeeze
This is the only offense the Mets have put up today currently happening

there are more Nationals errors than hits on either side, i think that sums it up

Cool. Thanks for the update.

>nipscribbles

Haha. Rooooooobles!

Syndergaard is overrated. prove me right

His hair is pretty.

I want to know where you got that from, because even though the Marlels' 10,013 per-game average was atrocious (and led to the lowest single-season turnout for any major league team since the 2004 Expos), the Ducks only got 4,916 and weren't even the highest in their league. Also worth noting that minor league teams typically don't even play in stadiums with more than 10,000 seats

you shouldn't have taken that half-day, chris.

Phone posting here. We need runs!!!

Bad baseball is still better than work.

He was considered more likely to win the Cy Young than deGrom in 2018 by bith analysts and sportsbooks. Really all the proof you need. Thor is good but he always has been considered elite due to his brand when that really has never been the case.

does anyone here gamble on baseball? with so many games, it seems possible that bookies may mis-price odds every so often.
anyone have any luck?

Baseball is a bad gamble. Too unpredictable.

daily fantasy seems funner than betting on games

deGrom first 5 unders have hit 30/34 last games he's pitched.

good day so far for stras

jinxed it

>Davis

awful at-bat, should have kept smith in

>long, drawn-out fart noise

Football is really the only American sport that is good to bet on. More games may mean more chance of good odds but it also means more unpredictability. With football every game is important so most of the time it just comes down to raw statistics and gut instinct. Nats-Mets matchup number 3274 of the year not so much.

Is it just me, or does Nimmo look like Butthead?

Bullpen putting in good work for a change

This thread is as dead as the offense.

early game means dead threads

ffs just end the side

well, gg nats
see you saturday

The Davis at bat was the worst thing.
