But when you're 1vmultiple your best move is to run if you can, your second best move if you cant is too KO the first attacker quick hoping to make the second guy think for a second in which you take out his eyes, and use their numbers against them (they have to kinda queue up against you if you fight smart)

I'm not saying MMA is a useless discipline or that MMA fighters can't fight. But to presume you will have success "street fighting" because you know martial arts is moronic. Even boxers get stabbed/shot. Our boy Caleb had to make a run for it after that dude pulled a knife when they were street fighting. But like you said, if you get in that kind of situation the best is to stay on your feet and control the distance between you and the multiple attackers, both of which you can't do if you're rolling on the ground.
The "but my guy would win in a street fight!" argument is almost exclusively used by people who haven't formally trained any martial art for more than 6 months. Being charitable and assuming Holyfield is at his best (Given how inconsistent Holyfield was) i'd still probably give it to Usyk. Again, good stylistic matchup for Usyk that I can't imagine someone arguing otherwise. Tua and Spinks also get outpointed easily.
Granted, all of that being said, we haven't seen how Usyk puts on weight at HW. My opinion could easily change depending on how he looks in the Takam bout, but when I look at Cruiserweight Usyk it's hard for me to imagine a lot of these guys beating him.
