Bakakis is borderline trash he was playing wingback for 80 minutes and he had a decent cross in whole game (around the 20 minute mark).

Mitroglou is good depending on the service he gets. This system is offensive with fullbacks who have a good cross helping him (that's why Tsimikas can't work with this- Koutris Cross is legit 10/10 Tsiartas style , if only he was taller damn). Stafylidis also has a good cross and a good shot.
Play this system vs minnows like Armenia and Finland and go for 4-4-1-1 vs Italy and Bosnia and you re pretty much qualified.

the problem with Mitroglou is that he is a classic targetman. But honestly he has always been there with important goals and we should not forget that. . Goal vs Belgium , goals vs Romania in 2014. Its literally rediculous how he can produce at matches vs better opposition when he gets 1 chance in whole game while in others like vs Cyprus and Gibraltar he can shit the bed from anxiety and be shit.

Koulouris is not ready yet for starter.

I am not sure if the set up was criminal tier or we are all just biased from the result. besides the bosniaks really only had one decent chance during the flow of the game (besic shot that didnt even go on target).

miscommunication because of the wall and 2-0. bad defending in set pieces and 1-0.

I think however the fact that the bosniaks got hte 2-0 lead helped us because they just turned off their engines and for at least 55 minutes there was only one team on the field.

We ve played the bosniaks 4 times in hte last 6 years with this being the 5th, and it's the first time I see our team actually be the best one in the field.

I just hope this is not a one time thing. Match vs Italy is drawable and we definately have to beat Finland twice this time, even just for pride.

Masouras is a new face and new name and very active even for NT. He is gonna get the starter winger spot (if we play with wingers) alongside Donis probably, and also 100% deserved.
I think Mantalos/Pelkas will be called as Fortounis back ups.

We have a chance because Bosnia looked really bad vs us. This is the first time we play Bosnia (were in the same qualifiers for WC 14, WC 18 and now) and I could clearly see that the best team in the total of 90 minutes was >us.

Finland and Armenia are not that good if taken seriously (unlike the Nations League), so I do believe we have good chances of qualifying but it's too early to decide.

He is just a manager that is good at sticking the players together and boosting their confidence but his tactics are not that good.
Skibbe was a tactitian (our ex coach) but he could not take the best of his players and his call ups were outdated with players very past their prime.

I believe that the mentality of the team was the problem all these years being unable to take results and that a coach who can take the best of his players in a short period of trainings and for a few matches a year is what is needed for the National Teams in general.

I think he is capable of bringing these players together but I would like to see him either sacked or co-coaching us if we end up in the Euros with some tactical oriented coach.
