>Games today
Turks and Caicos Islands vs British Virgin Islands.

St. Vincent vs Bonaire. St. Vincent needs a win here to keep their Gold Cup dreams alive

Both start in half a bong

Attached: CONCACAF1.jpg (634x553, 127K)

My prediction
0-1
2-0

Lineups

Attached: cnl2.jpg (1120x557, 154K)

Excuse my stupidity and lack of research: where is USA?

USA is already qualified to league A along with Mexico, CR, T&T, Honduras and Panama

St. Vincent attacking a lot but is shit at finishing.

British Virgins and Turks Caicos is pretty even so far.

>karate chop to the throat
>no card
Welcome to conCACAf

OH NO NO NO THE STATE OF ST VINCENT

Puerto Rico plays on the 24th, amigo

Wtf the virgins are winning?

>American Virgins BTFO by based British Virgins

British Virgin Isles were winning 2-0 and just conceded twice in like a minute lel

Fug it's 2-2

Fuck. CAM ON LADS!!!

If we can score another 4 or 5 goals we have an outside chance of qualifying for League B

>his Virgins can't even score

>the virgin lead vs the chad comeback

Final time

British Virgin Isles 2-2 Turk and Caicos Isles

St Vincent 2-1 Bonaire

How many games are played?

See

This is the time for our boys of St. Kitts and Nevis to have their first (and maybe last) chance to get into the Gold Cup

Bump

for me it's Sint Maarten

Gooooo futbol!

when is the montserrat match in UTC?

11~11:30p.m I guess

.

I have a bootleg St Lucia jersey believe it or not, so I will support them.

>Sint Maarten
Cringe and bluepilled
>Saint Martin
Based and redpilled

How likely is it we get both Bermuda and Montserrat to qualify for the Gold Cup?

Both still have chances but both depend on the results of other games to qualify, Bermuda has more chances due to the GD (+11)

For me, it's Cayman Islands

How is the USA doing?

>sint maarten v saint martin
A E S T H E T I C

Attached: Saint_martin_map[1].png (1523x1338, 134K)

already qualified for League A cause they were in the last leg of Concacaf World Cup qualifiers

May the most Saintly Martin win

Anguilla vs US Virgin Islands on in 5

The virgins are winning

What happened to Guatemala?

They were banned for corruption like 2 years ago and they could not enter to the qualifiers, conCACAf said they will play on league C when the CNL starts

>Guatemala
>League C
Then they are be promoted in no time

is this the beta uprising i've heard so much about?

he's a big guy

Attached: Untitled.png (463x399, 186K)

Where's Guatemala?

I guess we cheer for the PR boys

and it's being played in Anguilla lmao

suspended by CONCACAF I'm afraid

Attached: sad kid leaves in tears.gif (140x105, 478K)

for me? it's Beach Hotel Saint-Barthélemy FC

For me, it's Curaçao.

stream for caymans-montserrat?

Acktually, they will play against >us tonight, just that they were suspended when the inscriptions for the CNL qualifiers ended.

Attached: DpQ9YJl.png (700x700, 21K)

nah cause it doesnt start for an hour
enjoy the early game though

viprow.net/saint-lucia-vs-aruba-1-online-stream

Unironically the best team in the qualifiers, probably better than >us

I loved the game vs Mexico in 2017, literally about to beat the shit out of us

Attached: 1529271345339.jpg (750x746, 479K)

Montserrat vs Cayman Islands starts on 5 mins

Attached: 1503147570175.jpg (680x510, 41K)

5 minutes until /ourguys/ play

Hopefully El Salvador can unjust themselves, but it'll take the heavens for them to win and the other 4 in front of them to lose

stream?

It's not completely impossible if El Salvador wins;

>Bermuda and Dominican Republic drawing
>Guyana and Belize drawing
>Saint Kitts drawing/losing to Suriname
>Nicaragua drawing/losing to Barbados
>French Guiana drawing/losing to Canada
>Montserrat winning by less that (or equal to) what El Salvador wins by/drawing/losing to Cayman Islands

If my math is right, if at least four of those things happen, you qualify for Gold Cup. Group A is probably out of the question though tbqh

So Saint Lucia won 3-2 against Aruba. Doesn't make much difference except Saint Lucia will stick around in League B.

Based Canada

Not Salvadoran though. Just wanna see them unjust themselves.

>still 0-0
CAMON MONSERRAT SKOR SAM FACKING GOALS

Thank You Based Adrian Clifton

St Kitts play tomorrow, dummy

GOAL Montserrat Get In!

Gosh darn it, Caymans tied it up.

FUCK

THEY GOT ANOTHER ONE

Stream?

>GD: +3

Can /ourguys/ do it?
8 of the teams that they have to worry about are playing EACH OTHER

I'm not used to 34 team leagues that end after 4 games so for all I know Montserrat could be mathematically through to the Gold Cup with a win.

Attached: d65802871cff97ba9bf7f6d6e0f66779.png (809x525, 54K)

They're not through yet, but they officially clinch Group B. GD is going to kill them though, unless at least four of the eight teams below them choke.

Fug I knew the GD would end up hurting them, I expected a 3-0 desu

Attached: 037fa4ce2efbcb130cddd0997e5cf09ec571d778691f2082f316adae8dace842.jpg (325x346, 35K)

I guess just hope for a bunch of draws from those teams below them.

8 teams below them still have to play (that can catch them)

Of those 8:
>Bermuda play Dominican Republic (2 of the 8)
>Guyana play Belize (2 of the 8)
Then you got Saint Kitts/Suriname, French Guiana/Canada, Barbados/Nicaragua and El Salvador/Jamaica

>Jamaica should win
>Canada should win
so that already means 6 teams to worry about and Montserrat can drop 4 places.
We just need to get lucky with SOME of the remaining games.

If the teams playing each other tie, then that's already two teams right there.

MONTSERRAT WINS 2-1!

Well now to wait until tomorrow

Attached: 20190322_192634.png (1091x542, 434K)

ez mate

Bermuda qualifying would be just as nice as Montserrat imo

Attached: Untitled.png (789x897, 75K)

>American Virgins overtaking British Virgins
>blowing a 2-0 lead

Attached: BM9xRgLE_400x400.jpg (332x332, 13K)

There are still quite a few teams left that can qualify that have never made it to the Gold Cup or even the CONCACAF Championship before that. That includes Montserrat, Bermuda, Guyana, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Dominican Republic.

Like half of Curacao's squad play in the Netherlands. No wonder they're 1st

This
I feel really bad for El Salvador. In like 10 years, a baseball nation (Panama) surpassed El Salvador, who is soccer crazy. Is it because they have BBC?

at least they smart and understand that in order to progress you need to go to the bigger leagues instead of going to things like MLS

i'd love a mostly CFU Gold Cup. If Concacaf seal the deal with us hosting the Caribbean matches, i'll be happy

From what I can gather, it seems to be corruption (lol shocking) from FESFUT. Its been affecting the attendence as well as the Fans can see it.

>A CFU Majority Gold Cup is nearly a certain possibility

This Nations League qualifying session was a huge mistake.

it was always inevitable with the expansion

more like most of those nignogs were born and raised in the netherlands but have have some distant relative from curacao

El Salvador vs Jamaica is gonna be a kino game

Dominica vs. Bahamas in half an hour
A win for Dominica and they clinch Group B, Bahamas needs a win to potentially not play in Group C

Dominica should win, they got players playing in Trinidad

i'm nervous bros and brodettes

Lad, it's Suriname

Nah but good luck to you my friend

So... what's the point of the Nations League, exactly?

for small nations to get better by playing more games

already seems to be working with Montserrat, Dom Rep, etc

French tanks just crossed the border, match cancelled.

win for Dominica

>Dominican Republic forever worse than it's supposedly retarded, poorer cousin
will never not make me laugh

Kek

Kek. What's also funny is they're playing in Anguilla for whatever reason

had to be neutral venue, fans violence before the game was out of hand

Already 2 goals, based

>According to the legend, the territorial boundaries of the island were determined by a drinking contest. A Frenchman would drink wine and a Dutchman drinking gin, until both were stumbling drunk.
>When both sufficiently intoxicated, they embarked from Oysterpond on the island's east coast. The Frenchman headed North along the coast, while the Dutchman went South; wherever the two groups met was where they would draw the dividing line from Oysterpond.
>But halfway round the island, the Dutchman became enamored by a local woman and stopped to "sleep off the drink"
>The Frenchman, his honor sufficiently drowned out by the gift of the vine, cut inland across the island before heading back down the coast.
>Therefore, the next day the two met at Cupecoy, and the French ended up with most of the island.

Attached: Dutch-East-India-Company-rich-1.jpg (1200x850, 208K)

seems like the Dutch are better than the French in any nations league format

Ah !
Saint Martin is better but they're bad today I guess.
Also we would be top of Ligua A if Germany wasn't autistic

having good camera quality, English commentary, streaming all the games
people playing on sandy fields, with cars driving around the background, palm trees everywhere

this has been the most comfy competition in history

So Dominica gets a comfortable 4-0 win, which guarantees them a spot in League B.

One of the Saint-Martin's player is called Cocks

Attached: spurdo.jpg (550x545, 28K)

Saint Martin officially the worst team in conCACAf

congrats, another French failure in the Americas

>all these islands doubling up

>Curacao battering every team they play
>Sint-Maarten establishing dominance as the better half of the island
If Aruba and Bonaire weren't so shit, we would have a glorious Netherlands Antilles revival team

Smaller nations get competitive matches against similar strength teams, helping them improve.

Incredibly based backstory.

really?

Pffft

so do the dutch finally get the whole island?

20 minutes until Curacao batters yet another island

>je defendrai l'Empire until Dieu decides to turn against moi or the paysans submit!

Antigua and Barbuda vs Curacao
A draw let them clinch a Group A and Gold Cup spot, A&B needs a win to clinch Group B (if my math is right)

Well, one minute in and Curaçao's already scored.

based curacao

No, wait, it was A&B that scored. The website screwed up.

unbased curacao

Apparently is because the hurricane Irma devastated the island a year and a half ago and they haven't rebuilt the stadiums yet, I guess

Goal belize

Is it mathmatically possible for Canada to choke?

BIG STRONG BELIZE

they would have to lose by like 8 goals to miss out on the Gold Cup but only lose by like 5 to miss out on Group A

>+14 GD
No, also they play against the easiest team in pot A

So what you're saying is yes.

Wew Curaçao is chocking

lads /ourguys/ are losing

The only two goals Curacao have conceded in the tournament have been to Audi and Bugatti

why the FUCK are South American teams allowed in OUR confederation?

FUCK OFF WE'RE FULL

>Curacao having to take on Antigua AND Barbuda at the same time

Surely that's cheating?

Blame conmebol

Guyana is fifth right now lmao

Who or what is Bonaire?

to be South American, Spanish needs to be mandatory.

We have a better chance of making Copa America than them

Funny, I didn't hear you brits mentioning this when we lost to both trinidad and tobago

You are 50 different States, so 50 v 2 makes your result even more embarrassing.

Bonaire (pronounced /bɔːˈnɛər/ or /bɒnˈɛər/;[6] Dutch: Bonaire, pronounced [boːˈnɛːr(ə)];[7] Papiamento: Boneiru, pronounced [buˈneiru]) is an island in the Leeward Antilles in the Caribbean Sea. Its capital is Kralendijk, located near the ocean on the lee side of the island. Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao form the ABC islands located 80 km (50 miles) off the coast of Venezuela.[8] Unlike much of the Caribbean region, the ABC islands lie outside Hurricane Alley. The islands have an arid climate that attracts visitors seeking warm, sunny weather year round. Bonaire is a popular snorkeling and scuba diving destination because of its multiple shore diving sites and easy access to the island's fringing reefs. [Wikipedia]

Thank you.

I hope our Virgins smash them.

>Guyana and Suriname now play in the CONMEBOL qualifiers
>they get raped every match because the rest of South America is lightyears ahead in quality
I think the current situation is for the best, honestly.

>not keeping pet whipping boys in your confederation for stat padding purposes

Fug Guyana is winning again and St Kitts is still losing

tell that to San Marino, Andorra, and Gibraltar

Lol

Umm excuse me m8, don't lump Gibraltar in with those shitters. Britrock is in the tier above them with the likes of Estonia and Cyprus now.

>A&B are winning vs curacao
>sudamerican rejects are winning against spics
>/ourguys/ are losing to the d*tch

Idaho sent no athletes and thus is not at fault for the US missing the WC

San Marino should be in CONIFA at this point

Would a combined Guyanas team (Guyana, French Guiana, Suriname) do well in CONCACAF

>tfw no competition that pits states against eachother

Would be interesting to see the different sporting cultures and help speed up the inevitable collapse of the union.

sorry, i meant conmebol

>tfw we used to dominate the VIVA World cup, but now we can't even qualify to CONIFA due to shitty qualification rules

Attached: Viva world cup.png (215x154, 4K)

Would a 'West Indies' (like in Cricket) team be capable of regularly qualifying for the World Cup?

Attached: WIU-logo-2013-PIXLR.jpg (512x512, 65K)

What rules are stopping you? They seem pretty relaxed.

Have to play friendlies or random cups in poltically tense or weird ass areas.
I'd say we're definitely a stronger team and more of an actual nation than most teams attending last time.

We've had players like Gamst Pedersen, Tom Hogli and Sigurd Rushfeldt, which is like ten tiers above almost every other team

yeah, probably
they would be able to fight for 3rd and I'm sure they could also beat any Oceania team in the playoff

with a 48 team WC, definitely

>Jamaica
>T&T
>Curacao
>Haiti
>Dominican Republic
>maybe Cuba
>meme player of the year from Barbados or St. Kitts or some shit
A best 18 of those teams would be on par with Costa Rica. I would imagine it'd be a year-to-year thing, but they would definitely qualify with the 48 team format

there would be so much corruption, so probably not regularly

>Curaçao
the meme is finally over
back to irrelevancy, you tax shelter shits

Their GD is too high to not qualify for Group A

they will be exposed and relegated back to where they belong

they're fine

It's ogre

One of Haiti, Canada, Cuba, Jamaica and Martinique will win the qualifiers (which is ultimately meaningless but still kind of nice). Unless they all lose. But that won't happen, right?

Good luck in getting proper recognition in the future my friend.

I hope they beat USA just for your st*nking attitude!

Thanks. We're playing the Conifa Euros this summer.
Think we can do well, but Russians are probably sending a quality team for "Donetsk"

Attached: Sami3.jpg (1200x1521, 461K)

they might actually beat USA but they'll still get relegated

Man, what's up with St. Kitts & Nevis? Suriname's running all over them today.

And Guyana's looking pretty comfortable in their game. Unless Belize turns things around, looks like we'll be seeing Guyana in their first-ever Gold Cup.

I just checked and no British teams are competing. :(

>2-0
Why St. Kitts?

Attached: 1551481726992.png (512x512, 324K)

rip in piss

you won't ever play in the Gold Cup because it will cease to exist as soon as USA and Mexico can get into Copa America, but you had a good run St.Kitts and also Nevis

are they the biggest chokers?

I'm gonna say it
Putting a gazillion teams in a huge league is entertaining as fuck

and think after tomorrow we will never see anything like this again

sad!

Attached: e7d10d115f003d9e97b6846751abcf94.png (1888x968, 117K)

Yes, this is sadder than Montserrat losing the first matchday in the last mins.

Attached: 1551531800634.png (399x322, 47K)

the real qualification to the Gold Cup was the friends we made along the way

Imagine if everyone had to play eachother home and away.

:)

...

>But it begs the question; can Curacao do it on a cold snowy night in Edmonton?

>Montserrat 8th as it stands
>11th and below don't qualify

I'm getting worried for /ourguys/ boys

Guyana wins! With their goal differential, they're all but guaranteed to qualify for their first Gold Cup (and first continental tournament period).

Here's a classic Guyanese song to celebrate.

>South American teams in North American competitions

it's a bloody outrage it is

Attached: 1543720309442.jpg (615x621, 50K)

Belize, St. Kitts and Nevis and Dominica have been eliminated from Gold Cup contention

Save for the Hex teams, no countries have officially qualified for the Gold Cup (but if the Martinique - Guadeloupe result stays, Martinique clinches)

We need a Jamaica win and a Canada win, at least that Nicaragua choke to Barbados or Dominican R. ties tomorrow(I doubt it)

Attached: 20190323_183100.png (719x1222, 196K)

Canada's shitness is truly one of life's greatest mysteries.

I mean nobody expects them to be fucking Brazil but given how widespread soccer is, how its the cheapest sport to play, how they're one of the wealthiest nations earth with ability to develop the game - it makes no sense that they're basically on the same level as some islands with less than 100k people.

Is the dominance of hockey really that strong?

I know that Canada brought a near full strength squad so I can't imagine them at least tying. Don't know about Jamaica, but I would imagine they'd try for at least a tie given their relatively low GD. Don't know too much about the other two though

>Guatemala beat Costa Rica
Wew they should cruise to League A easy next year

cause of their suspension they won't get to play in League A until 2023 at least cause they have to get promoted twice lmao

I would have thought they could at least be maybe Ireland/Wales tier, since it's not their most popular sport either.

Canada's gotten a lot better over the last few years tbf. Hockey is way stronger here, mainly because of the weather, but as Canada brings in more immigrants from countries that actually play soccer, they get better (that might sound like me memeing, but that's actually the truth). This is >our best talent pool in the last few decades and like three of our players don't have multiple citizenship. With the 48 team structure we'd semi-regularly qualify for the WC the way things are going

CONCACAF only get 3 extra places
so basically instead of it being half the hex, it IS the hex

You never get to the hex.
EVER

Yeah, hockey's popularity, along with that of other sports like American and Canadian football and basketball, etc. means that a career in soccer really wasn't a viable career option for athletes until very recently. It's just this year that Canada is getting its first professional soccer league.

There's a few other factors too (our winter weather for a few months of the year, a genuinely crappy soccer federation). I do agree that Canada's advantages should give >us a stronger team that what we've had.

could Canada?
all your best players are from Vancouver or are English

>every other centroamerican spic team is good
>belize are not
why is this lads?

speaking English is a handicap

There hasn't been a hex since we got gud. US and Mexico are shoe-ins, Costa Rica has been great the last few years so I'd imagine they'd get in too. That leaves three, which would be fought over an underachieving Honduras squad, Panama, Tropicana and Trombone, Jamaica, Haiti, and >us. And given that our current crop of talent is probably under 23 on average, we could and should get into the hex

goal de martinique

Not true. And even if that were the case, Vancouver and England are colder than Curacao

Anyone can give me the update on the situation for El Salvador? What do they need to do to get in the Gold Cup?

We don't care that much about futbol really, we mostly care about baseball, basketball and women volleyball for team sports.

Guyana has qualified for the Gold Cup, and will be making their tournament debut.

It might be technically possible that they qualify with a tie, but I don't feel like doing the math to confirm it, so let's say they need a win, and we'll say Martinique wins their current game. As well as a win, they would need (I think) one of the following to happen;
>Nicaragua loss/tie vs. Barbados
>French Guiana loss/tie vs. Canada
>Dominican Republic tie vs. Bermuda
Of course, I'm not factoring GD, and I'm just rough guessing everything, but this is the rough outline they should hope for. But for now, I would just worry about beating Jamaica.

Martinique has officially qualified for the Gold Cup. Inversely, Guadeloupe has been eliminated from Gold Cup qualifying

Cam on reggae boyz

Curacao has also qualified

interesting how Guadeloupe were a pot 1 team and now they could be in League C

Since Belize qualified (who were the final ones who hadn't before) I am strictly a pro-Caribbean guy

We're having fun watching the qualifying but will any of you actually watch the Nations League?

For the UEFA Nations League the bottom league is nothing but pure kino
It's nice watching teams lose 5-0 every match actually win games

Yes

Can El Slavador pull this off?

DOOP

I just realized if Jamaica loses, they might not even make it to League A of the Nations League.

Now we need that Dominican republic ties the game to Bermuda or Nicaragua ties/loses to Barbados
>implying canada wins/ties

Based El Salvador beating Jamaica

so Jamaica's qualified for Gold Cup, but in League B

El Salvador can still miss out

What part of El Salvador are you guys from?

>EL Salvador
why

San Salvador

>Bermuda could be in League A

Yeah, looking at goal differential, if they win, they'll be in.

>Georgia analraping everyone

>Qualifying:
>6 September 2018 – 24 March 2019
>Group phase:
>September – November 2019
>Final championship:
>March 2020

>curacao, aruba, bonaire all lose
>only st maarten wins
really letting the team down here guys

9 teams are up for 6 Gold Cup spots today. What do they need to do to qualify?

>Canada, Cuba, Haiti
draw/win their games, but even if they lose they'll be fine unless they get blown out by 12 or so goals. Canada plays French Guiana, Cuba and Haiti play each other.
>Bermuda, Dominican Republic
win their game against each other.
>Nicaragua
win their game vs. Barbados
>French Guiana
win their game vs. Canada

El Salvador and Montserrat are just waiting on other results now. the results they need to worry about are;
>Bermuda or Dominican Republic win
>Nicaragua win
>French Guiana win
El Salvador is out if all three of those happen, Montserrat is out of two of those happen.

If French Guiana win 12-0, can Montserrat still qualify? I'm putting on an acca.

Montserrat would still be 9th in that case, with French Guiana in 3rd place, in League A at least, and Canada in 10th instead.

For Montserrat, they should hope Canada wins. That's probably the least of their concerns too, as I think Canada's fielding a near full strength squad today.

tldr
>hope that bermuda and DR tie
>hope that nicaragua chokes
>hope that canada doesnt choke like we always do

My ideal result is Bermuda winning, and then Nicaragua and French Guiana not winning. That way, we get both Bermuda and Montserrat in the Gold Cup.

Also if that happens, Bermuda would be in League A, which is amazing.

True, but nicaragua arent complete dogshit so theyll probably pick up a win va barbados unfortunately

Isn't your best player Davies injured? France's Sudaca colony is probably the most competent of the teams you've played. Still expect you guys to win tho

Yeah, but if >we play the best players >we've called up >we should still win. Then again, this feels like a game >we would choke

The Virgin Islands Derby will be kino AF

British Virgin Islands vs. Bonaire in 5 minutes

I guess the main point of interest here is whether Bonaire will get their first points of this tournament or not.

BVI can technically qualify for Group B if they win by 5 or more AND Barbados loses AND Grenada ties or loses

Is that really necessary when FIFA is practically letting half of the planet into the WC by this point?

From The Salvador part

that's why we have qualifying phase

Yes, Nations League is a great idea. The Cups [Euro and Gold] are like the FA Cup now, nice to win but it's not the league.
Although this should be a yearly thing for CONCACAF, get rid of that second Gold Cup.

>interrupting club play so that Canada can fumble around with international powerhouses like Haiti and Martinique

not really no

I mean, that's around how strong Canada is to be fair.

But that doesn't make it interesting or worth watching, it's just a bunch of minnow countries tiring one another's players out for the sake of a non-trophy

Is this a yearly thing, like a league champion? 10/10
or every other year like UEFA? 0/10

>Puerto Rico loses every game 0-1
based or cringe?

But like, what's the incentive of the league itself? Does the winner get a bye into the WC or something?

What?
Nigga, for smaller nations to get better, Confederation as a whole to get better, soon Mexico will no longer be a big fish in a small pond. Mexico to not qualify for a WC would be amazing. How do you not see this!?!

>Mexico to not qualify for a WC would be amazing

This should have happened in 2014 but we just had to fucking save them

And the fuckers didn't even return the favor

I don't get how Canada beating the likes of French Guyana leads to the likes of Canada beating Mexico? Playing garbage against garbage doesn't magically make you good, ask PSG how well that works out the moment they have to face anything reassembling real competition.

If you're already a big fish team I can understand the entertainment value in a circus-freakshow kind of way but being down in the gutter with the likes of these other countries I really don't understand what the point is.

>Bermuda tied it up
lads, Montserrat still has a chance here

There will be a World Cup year
then Nations League/Qualifying for Regional Cup
then Regional Cup
then Nations League/Qualifying for WC
then World Cup year
repeat until the money runs out

they are trying to tie the Nations Leagues with qualifying but I don't think they've published the official plan yet

>Forgive me, mon ami, for what we must do

Attached: D2c9ULzX0AIsKpH.jpg_large.jpg (1920x1080, 292K)

because a lot of these caribbean teams only play a handful of games every 4 years, including world cup qualifiers. many of these countries will never be as good as the top teams in concacaf but with more games played each year they should be much better than what they currently are

thats a decent team for canada

This is just qualifying to allocate the teams into the A, B, and C Leagues for the actual Nations League. 12 of the top teams will be in the A League, so Canada (unless they historically blow it today) will possibly be playing teams like Mexico, the U.S., Costa Rica, etc. on a regular basis, which is what you seem to want, right?

you have to be an r-tard, gah dammit

it will be a qualifier for future Gold Cups.

But what do you get for winning the A league or the B league or the C league? Is it a promotion/relegation thing? Do you get automatic entry into the Hex if you win the A league? Is it entirely an everyone-gets-a-participation-ribbon friendlies thing? What's the structure?

Like, if you're top four in the Premier League, you get automatic entry into the Champions League. Simple. If you're top of the Nations league, you get ___________? Nobody seems able to provide an actual answer to that.

Best Canadian talent pool in years, not sure why they're fielding such a strong squad though, when all they need is a draw

Anyone have any place to find streams for this? My usual sources aren't giving me any

Cringe

just like UEFA, there will be promotion and relegation between league,

Top 4 from League A will get a trophy.

Comprende senor?

would be even better if davies wasn't injured. still, looks promising

Was that really so fucking hard? Thank you.

Honestly, Nations League should be a yearly thing and play a huge part of qualifying if not the whole thing.
2019: Gold Cup, NL Group Phase.
2020: NL Finals, Rearranging of Groups, Group Phase.
2021: NL Finals, Rearranging of Groups, Group Phase/World Cup Qualifying.
2022: World Cup, Rearranging of Groups, Group Phase/Gold Cup qualifying.
2023: Gold Cup, NL Finals.

Maybe on Gold Cup year there isn't a NL final? Also, since CONCACAF only gets 3.5 spots for WC, just the top 4 finalists make it WC? Puts even greater importance on the league.

You fucking idiot, YES there is going to be pro/rel, holy shit. Top 4 group winners of League A get to go to the finals.

You fucking idiot, literally google or wiki the answer! Or better yet, lurk fucking more, you shit idiot canadian cuck!

apparently

non pro-rel countries baka

I want a team that can actually beat those countries, so I'm not sure how a combination of getting anally raped by Mexico interspersed with pointless games against the likes of Saint Martin accomplishes that.

The CSA is cheap and isn't willing to buy a contending national program, that sets a perpetually-low ceiling for the CMNT regardless of whatever the Nations League is trying to accomplish.

>0 pts and -5GD
Holy shit, How can Puerto Rico be this bad? the only worst team is saint martin

Fuck I'm scared

Don't they literally eat fucking dirt in Haiti? They mix it with water and turn it into "biscuits".

>Canada game actually on cable here

i'm ready lads

They've never seen so many white hipsters in one place

LEAFS RISE UP

you have to a bitch, you bitch worse than a bitch. cuck off, FAGGOT!

day of the rake when

fuck so close

The US women's team is better funded than the entirety of the CSA. How soccer fans of all people don't recognize that money is the alpha and omega of success is beyond me.

murderball intensifies

Canada looking excellent so far

well it seems clear that they want to get rid of Gold Cup and SUM is trying to move Mexico and USA into Copa America

so if there isn't a Gold Cup, Nations League would become the big thing every year, and presumably each years winner would qualify for the World Cup

Any link for the leaf match?

classic

jesus wtf was that

so what happened that Barbados-Nicaragua had to be rescheluded ?

>All MLS players back line
>concede a goal because of a defensive error
like fucking poetry

Would El Salvador still go through even if bermuda wins

Also what a defensive fuck up by Canada , have they heard of booting it?

only if french guiana and nicaragua don't win

Only if French Guiana and Nicaragua both win their game, El Salvador is out.

Sorry for being a tard.

So if bermuda wins and Nicaragua win, but French Guyana lose to Canada, they can still go through?

I don't want to see El Salvador not in the Gold Cup lads

bro how do they paint the ice green lmao

>Bermuda wins
>Nicaragua wins
>French Guiana wins
Only if all three of the above situations happen, El Salvador is out.

All right, >we are back on top, lads!

Ah, ok. Just wants to make sure.

Leafs pls score sum fakin goals

>canada score's

Attached: 1527579265419.jpg (275x183, 5K)

Bermuda and Dominican Republic have the samea mount of points, so if Dominican Rep manages to comeback and win this game, El Salvador could be still in trouble if French Guiana also manages to turn the game around and win.

Seems like the Bermuda game is already over, my bad.

The Dominican Republic game is over though.

If you insist.

lads... Montserrat are 10th

Hope that Nicaragua choke, I don't want them in the GC

>Bermuda is now in League A

Canada is winning and Haiti vs cuba is irrelevant, we need that nicaragua doesn't win

>coach told me to put a throw in off my teammates back

BASED AND REDPILLED

Lads, can Bermuda do it on a hot, humid night in Frisco?

Technically it's an island with hot and humid weather so it would be fine.

GIVE BARBADOS YOUR POWER!

How good are nucaragua and barbados

I gotta admit boys I'm quite disappointed

How is decided who plays who? It sounds unfair you could play against 4 literal whos and make it easily through while a country that has the same quality as you has to play Canada and Jamaica.

can they do on a +100° day in Pasadena when there are hordes of Chicanos throwing bottles of piss at them?

montserrat are going to only just miss out la'

Nicaragua are going to cuck us of happiness
Fartados are incapable of stopping them

You play against one team from each league, the final match day is the team playing with an equally matched team

some concacaf bullshit

Ah, I see. Thanks for explaining. That actually sounds fair. Leagues are decided by FIFA ranking, I guess?

play against one team from each pot (including your own pot)

Unless they face a strong team like Mexico, i think Bermuda will be fine.

Yes.

Concacaf ranking given we have non-Fifa members like Martinique

holy shit I forgot I literally know a Bermudan player
Remember when Nahki Wells guided Bradford to the League Cup final like 7 years ago?

I mean they lost 5-0 to Swansea in the final but still it was nice they got so far.
I'm happy for him

The state of Canadian first worlders finishing behind the Haitian fourth worlders. KEK

Out of Nicaragua/Guatemala/Honduras/El Salvador shithole alliance - is Nicaragua objectively the worst?

yes by a distance

Realistically what are Canada's chances of being able to stay in League A once the league begins.

>absolutely.

They’re a Gommie country banana republic. Yes by a mile.

This

If 1-9, barbados equalizes

well I'm convinced

>you now remember Barbados fielding an ineligible player in their 2-2 draw with Guyana, giving them 3pts.

Bajans screwing up everything

They at least remember honour and loyalty.

They have based Alfonso Davies.

>yfw you'll never be Messi tier player aged 12 and move to somewhere and drag them through the meme competitions and become the most famous player in their history
It hurts, lads. Also where does Saint Helena and Falklands play? Just the Islands Cup? You'd think they'd get pushed into qualification for Gold Cup places since where else are they going to go.
