Haven’t been to a baseball game in 10 years. Should I go just to sit back and enjoy some funnel cake? I feel like Oreos games are probably expensive..

This is what we eat here in Aus when attending fotty and soccer games.

Its the standard cup of beer and a meat pie with tomatoe sauce on it.

Please, do want.

Beer and meat pies sounds good.
"Tomato sauce" on it makes it gross. Not toasted grasshoppers at the Seattle Mariners games, but gross.

Ooh comfy

Its not ketchup a marinara type sauce would make it good

>toasted grasshoppers

not surprised. liberals are always trying to push bug eating to make us like brown people, for climate change or some other nonsense

one tendies pls

You don't order anything in the stadium. There's a difference between 5€ for 0,3l of beer inside or 1€ for 0,3l just outside. Same with food except stadium food comes with diarrhea on top later

>"Tomato sauce" on it makes it gross.
Haha, yeah I get you. I suppose its an acquired taste/combination. I have been putting sauce on my meat pies since I was a kid so its what I'm used to.
The tomato sauce we use is very sweet/sugary and you wouldnt think that sweet would go well with the dry savoury meat pie, but it does for us. Like I said its kind of a habit. I cant eat a meat pie without any sauce. I also like how the sauce cools down the pie because the meat is often very hot, and the coldness of the sauce makes it easier to eat. I think that's the main reason we put sauce on it now that I think about it.

Attached: Unknown-36.jpg (169x298, 10K)

That shit is american white trash tier. I only use diced tomatoes and maybe tomatoes paste for my sauces

mirin those crinkle cut fries in the back

*tips chef hat

Yeah I totally get you with the tomotoe sauce I posted being shit tier, but what option do we have? A meat pie on its own can become a little bland and its not like you can use tomatoes paste on a meat pie, that would be even more gross.

Gravy

Nah. The gravy would go well with the meat inside but would be gross with the pastry

I'm thinking Domino's.

Yes, but the flavours aren’t the same. My mum makes them with the leftovers of the Sunday roast.

i've had roasted grasshopper. it's not very good. the texture is kind of interesting, but they taste like grass.

Fuck that looks amazing

That sounds really comfy. Here we just make sandwiches with left over asado, or just eat the left overs cold.

Who cares about European snubs.
Fuck Europe and fuck Europeans, we can do what we want with their shitty dishes

I just don’t rate poutine lads

>ice cold molson
Mmh nothing like 14 bucks for swill.

Agreed on the poutine though

Rickards Red then.

But honestly one of my pet peeves is people that insist that PBR, Molson, Coors type of beer is absolutely undrinkable. I brew my own beer and enjoy craft beers but goddamn am i the only one that doesnt find those beers shit? Sure they might not have a bunch of interesting apricot flavors but they are all still decent beer...

I don't like Coors, but Molson and PBR are passable to me

apricot lovers are the foot fetishists of the fruit world

It’s not undrinkable, I drink them. just can’t justify paying stadium prices for macrobrews. If I’m going to pay the equivalent amount of a half decent meal for one beer it better be some artisanal craft bullshit.

Coors yes, it is unpalatable to me for some reason, same with stones. PBR and Molson are fine.

Not a fan of Coors, it tastes like a dried apple core, Pabst is too metallic. Honestly as far as mass produced lagers go I like Bud the most. Moosehead is pretty good too.

If I’m gonna spend the money, for me, it’s Pseudo Sue

Danish hot dogs are the best I've ever had. My friend got me a tuborg rod and a french hotdog with remoulade right when I got there. Drank carlsberg while driving out to the countryside. Fucking amazing, based and hyggepilled country, 11/10 going back this summer.
