Jesus christ you casual, let me explain it in spaz terms for you. STR had the lowest drag this weekend, topping all the speed traps in practice and qual. They have a honda engine. RBR have medium levels of drag as they want faster overall lap times. They have a honda engine.
On a track where there is almost zero DRS effect (other than keeping the cars close behind), a slippy car will help immensely in defending. Notice Albon only lost places when he made mistakes. VER was >1s/lap faster than VET and didn't have a particularly large delta in top speed.
All this being said, VER had one (1) overtake and couldn't do shit on a Merc. GAS had more than one overtake, and stumbled when he came up against the fastest straight line car. On a normal track, GAS would have a much easier time on overtake attempts, as there isn't just "inside line into turn 3" for your overtaking options

There's an on-track pass for the lead at lap 17 or so. Strategy plays into the rest, basically what you're looking for is guys who get out from pitstops with clean track. They have the ability to run pseudo-qualifying laps which shaves a second+ a lap off of a leader's advantage, so when the leader comes in for their pit stop they will lose the lead coming out of the pits. Happens in F1, but they're able to safeguard against it much better. In the closing laps, slow traffic holds up the leader which causes his advantage of 2nd to be reduced from 6s~ down to 2s~.
The only bad part about this series is thier yellow system is retarded and can benefit shitty drivers. There's no VSC, so everyone packs up(leaders lose advantage they worked for), lapped drivers gain one lap back(retarded), and depending on when someone pitted they might go from the front straight to the back. That gimmicky shit needs to go, otherwise it's great.

Do you mainly train grip or something other than grip when deadlifting? Mixed grip doesn't make the lift easier at all for the actual muscles you train when deadlifting. You can also switch it around if imbalances are scaring you. Bicep tear is a real thing but it can easily happen with double overhand also.
