Hours on the trainer. Can't wait for snow to melt and summer to come so I can take the safety off the guns and unleash hell on my local Cat 5 races. This is my full season and first time training through the winter.

I ride for fun, and basically as much as I can. These days its 2 rides a week of 3-4 hours, when the weather gets nice ill be doing a lot of shorter rides after work almost every day probably.
