Sokratis makes me uneasy with how aggressive he is with tackles in the pen box but otherwise you're wrong on him being caught out a lot on switches.
Kolasinac has improved his stamina recently quite apparently (if that takes yaking on the sideline in-game) and he tracks back much more to get into the fullback position rather than the wingback attacking tendencies he has, which you can't deny he's a beast at. He's probably the second crossing wingback/fullback in the league and that is a huge asset for a team like Arsenal who don't have out and out wingers.
