I really don't get this shit.
What is the point of it exactly?
Why should they be pais as much as the men when nobody gives a fuck about the women's team? Women certainly don't give a fuck about it.
Is this a valid case of discrimination where they can claim that are being underpaid for the same amount of work? But why is the federation paying them? Do they mean like tournament bonuses? Or for international call-ups?
I thought most of that money depended on the revenue of the team, and if so, why are the using the total revenue of the federation, which is inflated due to the revenue generated from the men's team, when they should only count the revenue from the women's team?
I'm not even a women's hater, i'm just legit confused on how they have a case on this.

And how you need to incorporate a women’s golf, lacrosse, swim, frisbee, and fucking field hockey to abide by title ix. And how you would have to pay the women too. Literally too dumb to understand supply and demand, if their performances were in demand, and people were willing to watch it (meaning the advertising could be more lucrative, more tickets could be sold at higher prices etc.) then they could talk about getting a raise without the guys at the top saying "no, fuck off, we'll hire someone else almost as good for less".
The phrase "equal pay for equal play" is spot on. And the level of play in the womens' game is lightyears behind amateur men. Frankly the only reason they get paid at all is for the novelty of seeing women play football, it certainly isn't the quality of the matches.
