OH NONONONONONONO

Maybe this is good for them, I mean, the last time they bought a forward they got a fat one

Oh no. Now they only have the 50+ senior players on their books to choose from.

How is that working out for them so far

Hazard is going to sign a massive contract now
Alexis tier wages

Good, this means that whoever is in charge of Chelsea next season will have to use their youth players. Can't let another Salah, KDB or Lukaku situations to happen again.

Barcelona got theirs frozen until they had bought the players they wanted. Guess Chelsea doesnt pay UEFA enough

jesus, what are they going to do? they might have to fill the bench with ballboys and coaching staff

how is this legal

They'll just go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport who will overturn the freeze, they've already set a precedent for it with other clubs like Barcelona and Atleti.

Based Chelsea, the people's team.

It's the fact that most of these players are in league one and the championship or in some farmers league

Just because FIFA has frozen bans in the past doesn't mean that it's a binding precedent

LOOK AT THIS DOOD

Sounds like a Nigerian Krankies tribute act

One of the shittiest players I've seen in my life

Any Judge would look at the previous rulings and apply it inline, CAS will overturn the freeze.

>Victor Moses
>Lucas Piazon
>Kylian Hazard
Feels like they've had these guys forever

Not really

---------pulisic---batshuayi---abraham
---------------mount------bakayoko
-kenedy-------------------------------moses
------------miazga--kalas--zouma
----------------------eduardo

all relatively proven players, probably a good enough team to finish midtable in the PL

They've done it 3 times already in the past, Barcelona for the exact same reason with signing under 18 players, there's no difference. Judges aren't just going to pull a different ruling out of their arse.

>says the increasingly nervous Chelsea fan

Why would I be nervous? The precedent is already set. Judges make their decision based on previous rulings.

>Chelsea official club statement "It's never been done in the past"
>You "They've done it 3 times already in the past"

>Ole at the wheel
>City under investigation by UEFA and the PL
>Chelsea transfer ban confirmed
>Klopp unable to cope with English wind

Who can stop us lads?

Didn't FIFA themselves freeze the ban so it's not really relevant

Chelsea said it's double standards that their transfer ban appeal has been frozen, but it happened with at least 3 other clubs who all got it overturned by going to CAS.

CAS supersedes FIFA.

us...?

Obviously but once again there is no binding precedent if a judge hasn’t actually ruled in regards to the Spanish clubs

They have overturned AC Milan's transfer ban which was for worse offences than signing an under 18 year old player. Even if CAS don't overturn it Chelsea will still get a couple of months to sign players whilst the tribunal is ongoing. Chelsea will be signing players this summer.
