When someone describes a team as being "reddit", it hints at those clubs having many bandwagoners and being weak, nice "liberals". Reddit teams are prone to choking and usually don't win many titles.

For example, the most reddit teams are Liverpool, Celtic and Dortmund. Maybe Tottenham and Barcelona, but Barcelona is already to successful to be a reddit club in my opinion.

"Evil" teams lack the "niceness" and seem to be a real menace, they are usually the successful ones beating the reddit teams.
Examples: Bayern and Real

There are very, very few teams that don't fit in this sheme and are good guys. I don't think agreeing on a team that is a good guy is possible for Yea Forums. For example, I will always say that HSV/Hamburg are /ourguys/.
