Most don't support their local team at all, some support local team and one of the big three. Apart from Guimarães, 1 to 10% support only the local team

I used to support my local team but it went bankrupt in 2011 because of incompetent managing.
They recently came back in the 2018/2019 but they started from the lowest existing division

Definitely. Those are very densely populated areas so they have a lot of potential for attendence plus with the big clubs nearby, they could have be useful for giving young players playing time in the first league
