Does the black trainer wearing the Turkish flag on his jacket realize that the Ottomans castrates Africans to serve as eunuchs and slaves?
Lucas Brooks
that was a tough fight to score that cut was bad, they made the right call
Logan Mitchell
Turkey was robbed. Gobble gobble.
Brayden Taylor
Benavidez smokes dirrell inside 5 Plant coasts to a UD Eubz flurries on him against the ropes and gets a ref stoppage I'd be screaming at Al for a shot at him if I was pbc SMW, he is done
Easton Lewis
I want Dirrell's uncle to kill someone again.
Nathan Hughes
I wasn't scoring, thought a draw would have been fine
Luke Peterson
>Yildrim literally screaming alla ackbar at the crowd and stomping around like a maniac
I fucking hate ragheads I deployed twice this man is pretty based tho
Caleb Flores
His trainer tried giving Dirrell a fist bump too. His whole crew are shit starters.
Ayden Watson
Just watched the Joyce fight and this was the most obvious, corrupt fix I've ever seen. Fuck fights in the uk.
Camden Jackson
I saw that dirrel blew him off. He must of said "you know you lost" or something. They should have a rematch maybe he'll quit like his brother did against UZI
Cameron Wright
Fuck that I never need to see that pillowfisted Turk again. Feed dirrell to any top 5 smw so we can all get on with our lives
Jacob Phillips
>fix how?
Dominic Kelly
Well yeah but if he lost it would be funny. Benavidez will clear all these fuckers out when he comes back I'd give Smith a chance against him thats it
Eli Carter
He was getting battered for six rounds. honestly stiverne was getting lit up so bad in the 2nd I'm surprised it wasn't stopped then
Carter Price
That's exactly what I mean. It's like the brake was slammed to make sure it ended on schedule.
Julian Edwards
Bermane won the story of the fight.
Ryder Lewis
I don't get the hype around Joyce. Why are so many people backing him? Even now there are people posting that Joyce could beat the "pensioner" ortiz when it's clearly wrong.
Isaiah Torres
Callum would have slept Dirrell if he fought him in America before the WBSS
Jason Smith
>In 2015, Charr was shot four times in the stomach after confronting an internet troll in a German fast-food restaurant.[2] Charr underwent double-hip replacement surgery in May 2017.[3]
Who's actually backing him? I think people here like him because he's /ourguy/
Hunter Williams
>DE GAYLE
Lucas Campbell
any decent opponent with speed is going to kill joyce
Andrew Morris
eubank has zero technique lol
i look forward to seeing him get lead around a ring again by an obese billy joe
Nolan Perry
Dirrell really struggled against the plodding roach? 168 is a wasteland
Oliver Young
Historically, the division has existed just to accommodate British fighters who are too shit to compete at Middleweight.
Colton Long
*winds in a left hook from last week followed by a right hand that would register on the Richter scale"
Levi Campbell
All over the internet I'm seeing people boosting Joyce. From reddit, twitter and boxingscene. There are people legitimately arguing that joyce could beat ortiz after seeing this performance. I realized what it is. There's this weird narrative that ortiz is actually shit and 60 year old pensioner so joyce would beat him also because joshua and fury said good things about him in sparring he must be great. That's it.
Speed doesn't even matter. Even dominic breazeale , who's also slow as fuck, can time him to death.
someone post the eubank-degale judges cards when you have it please
Joshua Morris
The USA government has apologized for slavery and has instituted stuff like affirmative action to rectify past injustices. You’ll never see a country like Turkey apologizing. Once you live outside the West, you’ll realize we’re the least tribalistic people, especially white Americans.
Hudson Campbell
Did Dirrell pussy out of a fight once again?
Jonathan Perez
shit they even deny the armenian genocide. worthless country.
David Brooks
Degale is beyond shot, cant wait for Dwyer to make a video about how Degale won the fight and should keep on fighting
Angel Richardson
What hasn't boxing ever had a belt as good or iconic as this in it's nearly 2000 year history?
To Joyce's credit his jab appears to actually be pretty good and He's got size and stamina. If he fought Parker for example and managed not to get KOed in the first 3 rounds he could probably beat up Parker the rest of the fight.
But yeah most guys in the top 10 beat him
Elijah Torres
what is this guy up too? should be a title challenger again by now.
Boxing is dead. Too many belts. Too many promotions. Too many guys ducking each other. Its a mess. Heavyweight right now has 3 peak fighters and they dont do shit,
Charles Allen
Be 350lbs then lose 100lbs, also train legs day every day
Asher Richardson
affirmative action lawyer dwyer literally picks wrong every time lmao
Bentley Harris
He never use to, but now he just makes up reasons for fighters to win when they wont
Lincoln Allen
Joyce is absolutely terrible
Cooper Robinson
You’ve been watching for 5 minutes if you think it’s a mess. There’s more investment into the sport than ever before and it’s always been political, that’s part of the drama and why boxing produces mega fights because of everything that went into it getting made. At heavyweight in the last 2 years there’s been: Joshua vs Klitschko - world title unification, fight of the year Wilder vs Ortiz - Two of the top 4. got over a million viewers on Showtime Joshua vs Parker - world title unification Wilder vs Fury - Two of the top 3
It took 6 years for Tyson vs Holyfield to get made and Lewis vs Bowe never got made so it’s normal to have to wait
Joshua Hill
Joyce has all the physical attributes but fights like a retard would, a robot that keeps coming forward. Bruno won a world title which is something Joyce won't achieve
Colton Hall
I'll give you brits credit... You might have nothing but bums, but at least you support your bums
Humberto Soto is a tough old bastard with a lot of classy moves. Too bad he didn't get the fights in his prime. Always a real nice fighter to watch. I can't remember ever being disappointed seeing him with the exception of that Guzman fight but that had more to do w/ Guzman running around the ring like a fag. Good career champ. La Zorrita
Watching Spence vs Garcia PBC face-to-face. Fucking horrible. Neither guy can talk or sell the fight. Garcia literally did the "I'm going to let my boxing speak for itself."
Dominic Ramirez
They need to create a "THEY REALLY DONT LIKE EACH OTHER" storyline because neither guy can talk
And Fury has already offered him a fight on his next card
Jaxson Cooper
I'm still baffled by the fact that they placed both Inoue and Taylor on the same card. The two largest home grown draws in the WBSS and rather than having a card in Japan and another card in Scotland, they decided to just put Inoue on the Scotland card.
Ryder Wright
man with a chin
Gavin Rivera
Because of the time zone, the gate is secondary to tv
What does equity mean? That he gets a share of the company's worth?
Michael Foster
i fucking hate degales style. his fucking loopy punches and immediate clinching. bless you junior
Cooper Williams
WBSS semis with Prograis and Donaire is scheduled for April 27th, likely in LA. Wtf are they thinking scheduling it the same date and city as Lomachenko/Crolla?
Julian Lopez
Yeah. Won't be worth anything at the moment, Perform get a loan from Blavatnik that gets converted into equity so they can keep pumping money into DAZN.
Logan Wood
bellew interview on IFL was awkward
Jayden Carter
If there's any us city that can pack both those venues well it's LA
I'm actually retarded, Loma/Crolla is on April 12th.
AJ-Miller will be there and Canelo just fought there. GGG also fought there. Definitely not as popular as it once was since Vegas has risen as the moneymaker but it's still the most prestigious arena for big fights on the East Coast.
Brody Gutierrez
Boxing literally has its 2 biggest stars fighting there in a span of 6 months
Nicholas Lewis
Barclays center is near by as well and that's PBC's go to for New York
Angel Kelly
Several boxing promoters haved talked about how MSG is not as fond of boxing as it used to be, focusing more on concerts and standup. Also even though its has 2000 or so more seats, you can make more money at Barclays because its more expensive to put on a show at MSG. Barclays is also newer and more modern so that why PBC signed an exclusive deal with them.
Aiden Lewis
>dates confirmed for 5/6 WBSS semis >venues confirmed for 4/6 WBSS semis
WBSS haters BTFO!
Lincoln Powell
True, PBC has a deal with Barclays but honestly a lot of fights go there even though they dont belong in NYC at all or they suit a smaller arena better. But overall MSG is still the most prestigious arena
Noah Wilson
whyd you kill all those armenians
Oliver Lewis
>MSG is still the most prestigious arena I'll let you in on a little secret. Msg isn't really prestigious. There's been 4 or 5 different msgs since 1879 and it's been in a different place every time
Juan Watson
Barclays is more committed to boxing events at this point. They have a full time boxing staff as opposed to MSG. Now that touring is more important to artists and comedians, venues are getting increasingly booked and the fame of MSg means they can charge artists out the wazoo for shows so boxing is less of priority
Tstreet ducking Fred from Barbershop Conversations?
Andrew Clark
TstreeT is unironically based
Christopher Sullivan
apparently Fred saw TstreeT hobbling around at the Joshua/Miller press conference in a full boot cast and challenged him to a street fight the next day lol
Ethan Martin
Tstreet don't duck no one. Guy almost died , he's not afraid of no one.
Well to be fair this all started being confirmed after fighters were disgruntled and threatened repeatedly to pull out. Not saying I don't like the WBSS but it also isn't like they're doing a fantastic job overall.
Grayson White
>look up joshua's next ''undefeated challenger'' >record is all absolute cans, second to last fight was a 42 year old The absolute state of this ''sport'', between this shit and the blatant robberies by the judges why the fuck are people still paying for this
James Gonzalez
Castano vs Lara is next week
Michael Sullivan
why was he wearing oven gloves?
Nolan Ramirez
>Lara about to get battered by a younger, bigger, hungrier fighter again
F
James Ortiz
What's the deal with Lara? Last year after the Hurd fight, there was a rematch mandated between them for one of hurd's belts. Did Lara just punk out?
154 is stacked but nothing is happening and no one is talking about it
Owen Bennett
You're going to sign with GGG Promotions, right user?
Hurd had surgery and I guess the WBA didn't push the issue
James Torres
Why doesn't the IBO call for a title fight for the vacant middleweight title between G and Charlo? It has the potential to give G both a title and the rematch clause with Canelo.
IBO don't have mandatories which is how they convince some guys to keep it
Brayden Allen
>1:23:55 HOW? How do these ldbc types talk for an hour and a half a day every day about boxing? What do they even talk about?
Easton Williams
But the title is vacant
Aiden Reed
IBO can't call shit, nobody cares about being in their rankings
Jacob Watson
If G wants a 3rd match with Canelo he will contact the IBO and get a fight with Charlo, it's not about caring about the title it's about strategy.
Jason Ross
GGG is going to either fight a knockover job and then Andrade, or fight Andrade. And then unify all the belts with Canelo.
Jason Hall
Why fight Andrade and risk being called a can crusher when you can spark out a prospect and satisfy the WBC at the same time? He can go clobber Andrade whenever he wants after if he beats Canelo.
Cameron Rogers
network issues and money
Liam Thomas
Andrade is an in-house fight and for a title. GGG and Charlo are never going to fight.
Was just thinking of how good he looked against yildirim in the WBSS. It was literally a perfect stylistic matchup for him, a come forward plodder with a weak chin. If nothing else eubz can bang
Brody Robinson
>shot confronting internet trolls damn that's fucking sad
Michael Mitchell
Why do I watch teh fucking oscars? Just diversity shilling shit everywhere.
I love boxing for not dealing with pc type shit. Even fucking thotdestroyers like Kovalev can thrive as long as they're good
Caleb James
Here's a question: Is Eubank a ppv fighter now?
And who is his next opponent?
Jonathan Barnes
>Why do I watch teh fucking oscars? Because you like being upset I guess In the UK? Yes. In the USA? He'll never even come close to being one
Cameron Morris
not uebanks fault at all desu.
Degale wanted nothing to do with him and basically just ran or held the whole fight.
Sebastian Evans
>And who is his next opponent? What's Rocky Fielding up to?
Austin Hill
Just something to do I guess.
Do you really think he's going to be a consistent ppv fighter there? Who can he fight next? Dirrell?
Ryan Hall
wow I can't believe Adonis Stevenson is fucking dead
Noah Hill
depends on who he fights, he's had a couple bomb here and it'll happen again if ITV get greedy the one they should make is the Saunders rematch as there is genuine hatred between them and it's very easy to sell off the back of the first fight
Gabriel Wright
I think dirrell v benavidez is locked in for later this year. And eubank is a ppv guy if matched with other domestic level competitors like Fielding
Jackson Ramirez
Nah nigga Spike just won an Oscar
Juan Miller
His screen writers did. Spike is going to win best director tho Saunders is too tough right now if Eubank is improving under Diaz. Good point about benavidez. Fielding is legitimately a competitive fight from this standpoint but I don't know if it can work considering Eubank is showtime/PBC and Fielding is Sky/DAZN/matchroom
Michael Brown
>His screen writers did. Spike is going to win best director tho He was a writer too
Also Saunders would still beat him with the help of Ingle and his magic nasal spray
Alexander Smith
Yeah but I'll bet he did the least out of all of them.
Colton Hughes
sauce?
Angel Peterson
Nothing coming up. Dude must be misinformed
Zachary Wright
so why is it that castillo gave floyd more problems than corrales or gatti
Jose Jenkins
styles makes fights is not a meme also gatti was way too small
Kevin Phillips
Corrales and gatti were shit, second rate boxers
Carter Gutierrez
they're all super close range fighters that don't use range though, especially castillo and corrales. how was the skill gap between castillo and corrales so wide when they were basically even when they fought each other? also, corrales was younger when he fought floyd and undefeated
Landon Walker
Anyone got the interview with Humberto Soto from last night? Dazn never showed it but I saw JCC giving the interview in the ring with Soto
Hudson Walker
Castillo stalked and cut the ring off. Gatti was absolutely shot and you could argue corrales that the style matchup was terrible for corrales.
Charles Morales
Riddle me this, why would anyone sign to be promoted by possibly the worst promoted fighter and waste of talent in boxing history?
>Former two division undisputed champion Evander Holyfield backs WBC world champion Deontay Wilder as the best heavyweight in the world.
>While he views IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO champion Anthony Joshua as being the most skilled fighter in the division - he can't back him to be the best of the division.
>Holyfield also believes that Wilder's fight in December with Tyson Fury should have been stopped in the twelfth round, because Fury was dropped hard and laid motionless for several seconds.
Lennox Lewis and now Evander Holyfield are /teamwilder/
Just looked like classic British boxing to me. Who's up for some jojo dam vs frankie gavin or Bucky frampton. Ooooawooooo englanddddd waaaaahooooo England gogogo march!
Mason Nelson
>Gervonta vs. Tenshin Nasukawa What the fuck is going on here, we're getting memed on so hard
Anthony Allen
casuals ate that shit up, despite "hating it".
Cameron Moore
you can see fury making conscious eye contact and watching the count, its why he didnt stop the fight
Jordan Peterson
Who I should trust? The ATG Hall of Famers best heavyweights of their era or a /box/bum?
John Morales
Well most likely a bunch of kazakhs hoping to make it big like he eventually did
Gabriel Torres
boxers have always favored fighters from their home country unless they have a personal dislike of the fighter, and lewis likes to distance himself from british boxing now hes retired. also >While he views IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO champion Anthony Joshua as being the most skilled fighter in the division
Robert Flores
How? He beat the biggest Meximeme in the last decade twice, it's only a waste of talent if you believe in the legitimacy of "decisions" rigged by Golden Boy
Oliver Davis
Is mike Tyson still butthurt about Wilder?
Juan Turner
I just watched ggg-canelo 1 and I have it an even draw. I really think compubox was counting punches for golovkin that were landing on gloves or being rolled off, and I think commentators were siding with ggg's ineffective aggression over canelos more precise but less volume punches. byrd's card is still retarded, but overall decision isn't a robbery.
Joshua Kelly
I've scored it at least 5 times I've never got a draw even scoring as generously as possible for canelo. He lost, go watch it again
Anthony Gomez
maybe you don't have an eye for boxing and think swinging your arms at air and gloves and shoulders are landing. its okay, you're not the only one my friend
Levi Reyes
Just get shitty with me because canelo lost I didn't smack the shit out him GGG did.
Xavier Harris
hearing DeGale was taken to hospital yesterday afternoon with potential brain injury
Those Hearn balls are too deep in your throat >he can't back him to be the best of the division
Mason Long
gonna hibernate /box/ wake me up when an exciting fight is coming how long until then?
Jeremiah Kelly
Can’t wait to see him win the WBA regular desu
John Sanchez
Joe Smith Jr needs to find better managers. It's too late now though.
Angel Brooks
March 2 castano will once and for all end the Lara meme
David Rodriguez
isn't this more or less inevitable with a sport this dangerous? when you know you only have a limited number of fights in your career, it makes sense to hold out for the biggest paydays possible
Joshua Bailey
This is the only correct interpretation
Ayden Walker
Does Eubz use plaster of Paris or something? Second person he has fucked up for life now
Evan Walker
No, just another dumb brit who didn't belong in the ring
He's under control of "the family"
Elijah Hernandez
come back to me when Joyce delivers gold like this
You're retarded if you don't think Golovkins whole career was a waste. He didn't get big fights until his late 30's and he only got one big name in the finish. Stupid fucking fanboy.
Bentley Cox
Am I going mad or weren't David Price and David Allen scheduled to fight on the undercard of Joshua or Whyte's next fight? Or was that only for the now scrapped Joshua Wembley date?
Luis Cook
Maybe it's "just" a concussion. Nothing strange in boxers being taken to the hospital and get checked up after a fight especially if they have been knocked down multiple times. Anyway DeGale was shot and his punch resistence was clearly shit, Eubank is not a very hard puncher
Meant to be on Whyte/Breazeale undercard but that’s getting moved to America
Aiden Johnson
Lara- Castano should be good.
Nathaniel Bell
Allen is fighting Lucas Browne. Might still be April 20
Jack Hughes
Wew all of Hearn's known boxers are getting shuffled around cause if this miller fight business. Guess that's what happens when you center everything around your one big fighter.
Jack Jackson
Reminder Joyce had 0 respect for Stiverne who turtled up after the 1st round. You fight to the level of the opponent in front of you
Because he rotted away knocking out eurobum cans in Germany not getting as big of fights as he should have for a long time. Nobody but the Canelo leprechaun is denying Golovkin’s greatness, but Golovkin’s career could and should’ve been more impressive than it was. This is about how he was promoted, not his skill as a boxer. If he wasn’t from Kazakhstan and was say, Mexican or something, he would’ve found bigger opportunities sooner
Ryder Wood
>no guys please fight me please fight me cmon Fury rematch me y-you chicken? I wont rob you again I promise! AJ coward fight me please SOMEBODY FIGHT ME PLEASE
Christopher Mitchell
Only a ginger or ultrapapist would defend a Canelo to this extent
Reminder 22-year old Ali at 210lbs would beat any boxer of any division of any era ever
Jeremiah Carter
>rob you But Wilder knocked Fury out in the 12th? How can he rob him???
Asher Young
what about 21 year old Tyson
Connor Gutierrez
Imagine being an 70 IQ chicano and pretending boxing isn’t historically corrupt and pretending there isn’t more money to be made by gifting a younger Mexican a decision than an aging Kazakh. Cringe
It is the point. I said GGGs career was wasted and now you're all talking about Canelo and accusing me of starting it. I have literally done nothing wrong this whole thread but you are all spazzing out all of a sudden.
Christopher Cox
post your scorecards for both canelo - ggg fights
Owen Cook
Have you guys seen any of these Miller Joshua press conferences? Miller's the cringiest, most corny motherfucker I've ever seen. It's actually painful and embarrassing to watch. I actually had to shut it off because I was so embarrassed for him in my room. Just...
Ethan Allen
Yeah it's awful but they've already starting an unfunny meme about Miller so you can't say anything bad about him or else you're a Joshua fanboy.
Landon Miller
>guys so what if I fellate canelo in every previous thread, and sprout a hate bomer anytime ggg is mentioned? In this specific thread I'm not being as obnoxious as a dumb dickrding faggot as I usually am Cue snide response. And no I'm not the same poster you've been responding to
Oliver Nelson
Seething cazzie detected. Wilder knocked out two people (Fury and Ortiz) that Joshua was too bitch to fight. Wilder is the real Heavyweight champion of the world. He is the man with the plan and he's coming to take over that puny little Euro boy.
Seething Golovtards can't handle one single poster speaking well of Canelo, despite like 15 Golovtards in every thread to attack him. Stay buttmad Bumlovkin nuthuggers, you can't change the fact that he took the L.
I have hardly mentioned him in months. Meanwhile people suck Golovkins cock in every thread and have a meltdown if you say a single bad word about him. And if you say anything positive about Canelo you are a homosexual. The double standards are pathetic.
Jaxon Gonzalez
it was like that during the buildup to the fight but lately not really anymore, there's still criticism going on but rarely blind hate for canelo
Evan Hall
>8 fights in It doesnt matter how many fights hes in, hes like 50 years old and supposed to be fighting the very best by now, its time to stop joyceposting, he was exposed >Nearly knocked out by Ortiz >Lost to Fury Its getting worse and worse for the bum, he should retire before he gets sent to the graveyard, how brave of him to get his ass beat by the guys AJ didnt fight, truly the top dog in the hw division youtu.be/GdammDXl-8U
>its not me I'm just defending canelos honor from treacherous golovtards. Merely discussing lil g is an affront to canelo. In fact let me post passive aggressove bait so I can once again school these fools
Leo Robinson
Notice how I never brought up Canelo. You people did.
Levi Thomas
>6'4 >chiselled good looks >millionaire >rugged >in shape >english accent
is eddie the ultimate chad? he could steal your waifu with a click of his fingers
I don't get it, don't even look at golovkin v Camelot fights just look at g's other fights, he sucks. All he does is eat punches unless he's "taking them to school" like with a retard like Lemieux.
Ggg absolutely blows but is gifted. Got no talent though
Jonathan Lee
Gennady Gennadyevich Golovkin is the greatest middleweight since Bernard Hopkins.
Just like you can’t change the fact that the majority of the boxing world doesn’t see the decision as legitimate. Which is why you see slurpers like the leprechaun rush to his defense at the drop of a hat instead of letting the performance speak for itself, because it doesn’t lol
Adam James
>There will never be a HW with AJ's body and knockout record, Big Baby's personality and Tyson Fury's skill
>instead of letting the performance speak for itself And all of the Golovtards, like you, dogpile him because GGG's performance also doesn't speak for itself.
Imagine being bullied by a super-welter, while you're supposed to be a middleweight king and infighting expert.
Justin Butler
>with AJ's you can still wank to his photos while imagining him with big babys personality and tyson furys skill
Jaxson Brooks
...
Michael Clark
Miller has no personality.
Leo Brooks
So nobody refutes the fact that British boxing is garbage. I'm glad we're all in agreement
Hunter Ross
Not really, it’s the rigged decision thats the issue. Everyone can clearly see that Canelo gassed out halfway through and got bodied in the second half of the fight by an old man. Hence the overwhelming amount of scores in Golovkin’s favor outside of the payed off judges
It’s ok lad, just accept that hardly anyone thinks Canelo won that fight and boxing has always been corrupt. Doesn’t mean Canelo isn’t great boxer
Connor Barnes
>infighting expert bait has really gone too far
Benjamin Cook
He’s not chiselled or in good shape
Sebastian Parker
is tyan booth autistic?
Christian Long
REMINDER
NOT TO REPLY.
Nolan Parker
That webm is from the second half, you can clearly see it's Bumlovkin gasping for air. Bumlovkin was getting bullied around the ring in that second fight.
>It’s ok lad, just accept that hardly anyone thinks Canelo won that fight and boxing has always been corrupt. Lel. I'm so glad that Lil' G took the L. I can practically feel heat radiating off your seething.
>this 5 second clip sure proves that Canelo didn’t get dominated in the second half of the fight!
Lol. Do you disagree with the fact that most people besides the payed off judges scored the fight for Golovkin? An overwhelming amount actually. Inb4 durr you mad xP
Isaiah Hall
You mad bro. Canelo won, and everyone but Golovtards agree. Even Abel Sanchez agrees. Imagine having such a level of delusion that you even go "N-n-no, Golovkin's long time trainer is wrong! My precious GGG could never lose!".
Also the clip was 17 seconds fag, learn to count or at least read numbers.
Imagine pulling for a drug cheat who fought for years in a made up weight class who vacated a title to duck a guy until he got old and still got Btfo in their first fight.
Doesn't make sense how he supposedly was on PED's for the first fight and performed worse than how he did in the second fight when he went through strict drug testing.
abel wouldn't let golovkin fight bill, this is a fact. canelo won't fight him because he already got schooled by a slicc southpaw. he knows he can't beat an even taller, bigger slicc southpaw.
>One witness tells us ... Davis began shouting at the man and cops were called to the scene. When officers arrived, we're told Gervonta acted hostile toward the cops.
>One person we spoke with says he watched Gervonta shove one of the officers while screaming obscenities while his friends were desperately trying to restrain him.
Hearn gets a lot of stick but really pales in comparison to Espinoza
Connor Lee
MOORAT is the king of plodders he would decapitate molasses hands in one round
Jacob Barnes
This was probably from the 'terms sheet' don't see how you can put if Sky do X then Y in a contract. It's all boring anyway, Espinoza needs to worry about keeping Wilder
Julian Rodriguez
Joyceposting cannot be stopped, just like the Juggernaut
Joyce being autistic only makes him better. The people's champion
John Cox
underrated
Dylan Nelson
I don't mind Joyce, he comes forward and throws which is rare at HW, but let's be honest he's a bum. Doesn't mean he won't be in some nice scraps though
Brody Anderson
Wow guys I have video evidence of Muhammad Ali predicting the rise of Joe Joyce
He's not good at coming forward though. He has atrocious punch accuracy. There were times where stiverne just stood on the ropes and joyce was only able to land a quarter of his punches flush.
Aaron Wood
This. Hearn might be lying about certain things , but it's obvious Espinoza is still more worried about losing big fights. He spends most of his days talking shit about ESPN and DAZN
Wilder's not going to go. Where is this narrative coming from? he doesn't need to go to make the Fury fight, the only fight that might be complicated is the AJ fight but when they finally decide to make it happen, it'll happen because of the money involved.
I mean spence doesn't have to go to make the crawford fight although I'm sure arum has made the same type of deal he made Wilder since that is his M.O.
Cooper Wilson
Not likely it happens. Kovalev's next fight is going to be on ESPN and Canelo will be back out in September and the Golovkin undisputed fight will probably be there
Logan Robinson
Yeah, Wilder is loyal to Haymon, who is loyal to Espinoza
Wilder declared himself to be a free agent with regards to whether or not the wilder fury rematch was then going to be more difficult because of furys exclusivity deal, causing some to speculate he was going move away from PBC/Fox not going to happen though, he is loyal and misspoke, then didn't clarify just because he is not very smart
Ayden Flores
>Loyal to Al Haymon, who is loyal to Espinoza That's not it retard. Haymon manages Danny Jacobs and advised him to sign with matchroom.
The reality is that Wilder is now a ppv fighter. Going to Top Rank jeopardizes that since only one of the heavyweights is going to be their star. Sticking with PBC also affords Wilder the greatest freedom in deciding his career
Landon Reed
wow, some top notch competition there. will he go 12 rounds with another bum?
They offered Wilder a multi fight deal through Finkel after he called himself a free agent on tha boxing voice. They can say no, one fight only but it has to be a Top Rank show which also isn't good for Haymon. If they decide to do an interim fight with Breazeale it's going to be less money than what he could get fighting Whyte most likely
David Taylor
I know what Wilder said but the free agent thing flew out the window when Arum's deal meant siging to ESPN for multiple fights. It doesn't have to do with Showtime loyalty, he's going to be second banana at ESPN so why sign with them? they can't pay him as much as fury, probably not as much as showtime is now
Christian Hall
Imagine saying this while posting a picture of Terence Crawford.
Blake Ramirez
I know this read my other posts.
>If they decide to do an interim fight with Breazeale it's going to be less money than what he could get fighting Whyte most likely Why cause Whyte's so well known here? Lmao Breazeale has some presence in America already, whyte is a fucking nobody here. Come on use your head, we're not talking about the UK here and Wilder is going to be the primary draw anyway
Christopher Fisher
Maybe Canelo thinks that he can stop Kov via body attack. I mean, he mentions him for a reason, he dodged Golovkin's shots, Kovalev's stamina is worse than ggg's, so
Noah Sanders
Even a 1 fight isn't ideal because even if they agree to split the ppv between ESPN and Showtime it will be a Top Rank ring, no influence on judges. >Why cause Whyte's so well known here? No because DAZN will pay more than anybody else. Breazeale is not PPV, off PPV they can't pay more than $3 million where as he was already offered $7 million to fight Whyte
Hudson Harris
Kov is probably the weakest titleholder Canelo can take out. He's also not super tall, an inche shorter than fielding
First off, whyte is on a rolling contract with Hearn. He's not officially a Matchroom guy. What do you think the whole Whyte going to pbc thing was about? He's an actual free agent in this entire thing. Breazeale is ppv because wilder is ppv. You're thinking from the standpoint of a hardcore boxing fan and not a casual(who are the people who actually buy ppv's)
>Even a 1 fight isn't ideal because even if they agree to split the ppv between ESPN and Showtime it will be a Top Rank ring, no influence on judges.
1. Why
2.Why is it that no one understands how judges are chosen? The judges were literally a fair split in the last one anyway. One judge who would favor action fighting(which favors wilder), One judge from Britain who has judged multiple Fury fights and would presumably counter the bias, and a neutral judge from Canada.
Guess what, that british judge is one the scored it a draw. How can you complain? Fury's team literally approved these judges before they made the fight

Imagine going to the effort of photoshopping this irrelevant picture.
Bentley Perez
Because he wont even fight top Super-MWs, he knows he's too small
Carter Johnson
+ Well, there is no reason for Canelo to just mention somebody's name since he is not black american to just yap and since he's very famous there is no reason to give some dude a free promotion like that. He never mentions someone with no reason to it. IMO
Bentley Edwards
Even though he just said last week he'd be interested in fighting Smith in England.
Most boxers matchroom or whoever else are not on multi fight contracts because it's a liability to the business to have them on a guarantee and disincentives taking certain fights. Eddie Hearn doesn't need a contract for a fighter like Whyte because he will always make more in the UK through Sky Sports Box Office and DAZN will pay more for the right fight like Wilder so there's no incentive for him to break that business relationship.
>The judges were literally a fair split in the last one anyway Not about where the judges are from. The promoter puts them up in a hotel, pays expenses and has influence on them because of it.
Parker Richardson
Don't forget that Canelo would likely demand some draconian rehydration limit. For a size bully like Smith and someone with a weak body like Kov, that will hurt them
Kayden Brown
Crawford first 19 fights are 100% irrelevant and they'd all lose to Ryan Garcia easily. He has 15 legitimate fights with 10 KOs. A lot lower stoppage percentage facing similar level of competition.
Sebastian Martinez
He's right. The Sky coverage was embarrassing, they couldn't even bother to shill during the broadcast. Just non stop mentioning how old and shit they were
James Reed
And yet Loma's resume is better than Crawford's despite the loss to Salido. How so?
Eli Gonzalez
It was a good fight. Lipinets is fighting Lamont Peterson with no purpose to it
Nolan Wright
why was this allowed
Kevin Anderson
Stiverne was still dangerous and trying to time a counter like in the first. Joyce adapted and just slammed the jab all night
Matthew Foster
He was gonna get killed by AJ since he was getting light up like a forest fire. Chisora floored him lol
Carson Hill
If he ever actually does that, I will eat my hat
Gavin Gonzalez
Holy shit the Eddue Hearn/Espinoza exchange is fucking gorgeous
arrgghh son please dont murder me please dont kill me
Jack Rogers
Eddie Hearn starting to pull away in the championship rounds, can Stephen Espinoza catch up down the stretch?
Asher Wood
They both spin the truth. Showtime was shit at the end of 2018 when the money ran low, Porter vs Garcia was the only significant one in the last 3 months
Joshua Jackson
get a job
Daniel Walker
I'm not a Canelocuck but apparently Kovalev didn't dehydrate at all for the Alvarez rematch. I still don't think there's any way we'll see Canelo at LHW, he's just too short and stocky, he already looked like a juiced pit bull at 168
Andrew Edwards
kovalev never cut much, I remember him saying he could probably make 154 if he wanted to, but it would be a strain and he preferred being comfortable
Jason Scott
Kovalev would die if he tried to make 154
Lucas Nelson
So what is his fight weight usually, like 180-185?
Caleb Jenkins
I reckon so
Christopher Richardson
168 would be his limit he looked a bit drawn in the face
