The thing is, Smoke constantly tells you to just follow the damn train, which most people did by staying right next to the train, or alongside, which means Smoke can't actually connect any shots because you're too close to the train. You just have to keep the distance
The way I used to do it is get off the bike at the beginning, do the jetpack cheat, wreck the train and return to Smoke for an ez Respect+
