fair, though the length is kinda what i like about it. the way it doesn't kick into the proper chorus until the last minute, and when that happens it just takes off. slow but tasteful pacing. but i always liked long-ass songs so 7-8 minutes never felt super long to me

Even at 5 mins are too much for me. I think its just me, I'm too used to the 3 minute standard pop songs. I like other city pop folks like Tatsuro Yamashita, who ha a gift for brilliant melodies but almost all his songs are 5 minutes long which I think is really stretching how good a melody can stand
