not bad! the first 2-3 days are the worst. after that you start feeling that you actually have some sort of control over it.
to be honest I dont think it was placebo at all. maybe the confidence boost was but that may have come because I felt proud about myself doing something that I set my mind out to do.
my brain felt way faster than usual and i did not have brain fog which i have pretty much ever day when I jerk off. I just felt a lot more smarter and normal than what i usually do. there was a lot of other stuff like i actually felt the desire to go out and meet a real girl instead of just opening my browser and i grew more facial hair than usual and my voice became more deeper and my skin cleared up. bags under my eyes went away etc
